Beautiful waterfront home with big, private pool close to Tigertail Beach.

Walk to the beach from this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, nicely furnished in light neutral tones. Huge heated pool with large deck for sunbathing, Southern exposure overlooking a lovely bay. Completely remodeled throughout, tiled living areas, spacious kitchen, family room. Great location close to restaurants and shopping and only a 7-10 minute walk to the beach.

Marco Island is a small island (3.5 miles wide by 6 miles long) on the Southwest coast of Florida (next to the 10,000 islands), the warm and calm waters of the Gulf make boating a pleasurable experience, the beautiful white sandy beaches and the fabulous sunsets are what make Southwest Florida special. Besides the boating, fishing and beaches Marco also has something for everyone; shopping, dining, shelling or just chilling out.

You can rent a boat at the marina, take a shuttle to Key West, or catch a sunset cruise. Bikes are included with the rental and you may also rent a tandem, a scooter and go exploring around the island. For the adventurous type there is also parasailing, wave runners, a trip to the Everglades to check out the alligators. Our waterways are filled with good fishing, plenty of playful dolphins and once in a while you can catch a glimpse of our protected manatees. Overall, those that visit Marco once come back time and time again... You will too!

Fantastic stay! Everything at this house was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for more from the location to the amenities. The host was also very responsive with any questions. The pool is heated and we did turn it up but due to the size of the pool it did take a couple of days to get warmer. Certainly would stay again.

The house was wonderful! Just as described and the host was very helpful and responsive to messages. The pool is so nice and very big! Our kids loved it!!! Great amenities for the beach and the bikes were fun too! One note for families, the walk to Tigertail beach from the house is easy, but it’s still quite a trek once you get there. With small kids, a wagon and the beach cart it was longer than we expected once you got past the parking lot. Beautiful once you get out there but quite a walk. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Great summer vacation !!!!

The house is beautiful, well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. We have a wonderful time in the pool. We had the chance to see dolphins passing through the dock. Tigertail beach is so close you can walk there. Everything is close, restaurants, supermarkets, stores in a great neighborhood Thanks Arild for such a wonderful vacation!!!

This home was perfect and spacious for our family of 4. The pool/patio was the central hang out area, and the canal/ surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. We were frequently visited by dolphins, iguanas, and other wildlife that made our visit entertaining. Close to nearby restaurants and plenty of activity options on and around the property. We would definitely stay again.

Really wonderful area away from the hustle and bussle of life. Everything is a bike ride away. And the fishing off the back dock is amazing. Caught about 30 fish while we was there. The house also has about everything needed. My family really enjoyed our stay

Wonderfuk

Everything was exactly as described and check in and check out very smooth. Any time we had a question, it was answered quickly! The location was great because we had a car so could easily get around anywhere but also be a bit away from the extra crowded area or spring breakers by hotels. Pool warm and clean, my husband loved fishing off dock and house had everything you needed to cook, go to beach, bike ride (included!) for ice cream and stay comfortably for 5 nights! Loved it and would return again ;)

House was clean and had plenty of open space. Instructions for the house were perfect. Kitchen had everything one needed. Plenty of towels. Pool and canal front was absolutely perfect, although pool became very cloudy by the end of the week. The mid-week pool cleaning was not sufficient. Walk to Tigertail beach was almost 30 minutes because you had to walk around a lagoon first. We actually liked Southbeach better, but parking is tough. Having bikes on the premise was great, but there were no locks so you couldn’t bike someplace to shop or go to the beach. We rented kayaks for the week, which worked out great on the canals. All in all, thumbs up! It was a perfect family vacation.

Perfect Vacation

Perfect house and location for our family get-a-way. Family loved the pool, its bigger than many hotel pools and deeper, big plus for the older kids. Walkable to Tigertail Beach. Everything is so close. House was clean and well stocked with everything needed.

This home is gorgeous! IMPECCABLY CLEAN! I mean IMPECCABLY! Beautiful lay out. Beautiful location. Home is decorated warmly and you feel like you're at home! Perfect Marco Island Holiday

This property is perfectly positioned on the Island for both Tigertail Beach and many restaurants. The house is so well thought out and extremely well appointed. Spotless. Pool and dock face south so you really don’t even need to leave. I mini resort if you will. On top of all that the host it very attentive. Will be back.

Wonderful home!
