Holiday House Ulika with Private Pool

Holiday House Ulika is a three-bedroom house with a private outdoor swimming pool, located in Loborika. Loborika is close to Pula, an ancient city most known for its Amphitheater and Roman monuments.

Guests can enjoy on a lovely terrace with an outdoor dining area.

Inside the house, there is a stationary bicycle for exercise, a pilates ball, an also a children's corner with crayons, where they can express their creativity.

Foosball and darts are placed in the backyard, next to the bbq and dining area. The trampoline for children is also located in the garden.



Holiday House Ulika is pet friendly. The pet fee of 10 EUR per night per pet is paid in cash upon arrival.

Damage deposit of 200 EUR is mandatory upon arrival, but the hosts will refund it on the check out, provided that everything is in order.

The house is not suitable for parties, as it is located in a residential area.

Loborika is a small place most known for its horseback riding center. It has a bicycle club and a few traditional Istrian restaurants, which are called konoba.

Loborika is 10 km away from Pula, a historical city located on the Adriatic coast. Pula is an ancient city, most known for its Amphitheater. Many ancient Roman monuments can be found in the city center, including Triumphal Arch of Sergius and Temple of Augustus.

Pula is also known for its beautiful beaches, gulfs, capes and surrounding islands with untouched nature.

You can also visit National Park Brijuni. You can take a boat trip to the park from Fazana.
