Incredible open-water lot on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ! 50 feet of east-facing waterfront with deep water, double jet ski ramp and double boat dock with beautiful partially covered roof top deck and beautiful trees by the boat dock providing lots of shade from the west sun to keep you cool in the hot summer. Beautiful single story 3 bedroom/2 bath Austin stone home with an open floor plan with large windows bringing you to the lake as soon as you walk in the front door.

Fabulous location! This home is wonderful for hosting groups of friends & family for all occasions.

Sit and have some wine on the porch and watch the lake, have a fire in the fire pit relax and enjoy s’mores

Great backyard for entertaining with fire pit, 2 green eggs for outside cooking, hammock, water trampoline, Lilly pad, fishing rods, corn hole game, giant Jenga game

Lake life at it's finest.

This was our second stay at the Lake House. Everthing was perfect. My family of 6 and our family dog wonderful week swimming, boating, jet skiing, star gazing & sunset watching. Thank you for allowing us to bring our family dog along for the week as well.

Family time on the lake

We enjoy our time! Beautiful home located on the lake with boat dock. We enjoyed the upper deck in the evenings watching the boats go by.

We had one problem The paddleboat was broken. When we got there the lights going down to the boathouse were broken for the steps, and the metal grate for the Sea-Doos to be put on it. Poke through through the wood were with two people, caught their legs and cut their legs open. They slid in between the metal grate and the wood, and they had to push down to get their legs out. Very unsafe

Beautiful lake house with stunning views

The lake house was a perfect retreat for our family this past June. The home had everything we needed. The beds slept great & the layout of the home was perfect. We LOVED the dock! The views from the top dock were enjoyed by all day & night. The outdoor games were a hit with my young adult kids. The kayak, paddle board and swim matt were a bonus. My husband loved the Egg grilling station on the spacious back patio. I loved the open kitchen/living room concept & floor to ceiling windows that offered stunning lake views when I had to be inside preparing meals. The clean, uncluttered layout, comfy contemporary furnishings & all the extra bath & beach towels provided put everyone at ease. There is a paddle boat but unfortunately the rudder was broken so we didn't get to use it this time. We were grateful that the owners allowed us to bring our dog. She had loads of fun too. We is can't wait to go back again soon.☀️

Nice lake vacation...bringing your own boat not advised

House was modern and updated. Clean and comfortable. Location was nice on the lake. We loved the outdoor areas and deck over the boat lift. However their were electrical issues on the upper deck...fans, speakers, and some lights did not work. We brought our own boat and had some issues with the boat lift. When we tried to lift it, the motor was grinding and obviously not working and completely went out when our boat was lifted about half way. The owners were responsive when we contacted them and did help us by having the motor replaced...it took about four hours so it was a hassle and a bit frustrating to have lost that time on the lake, but the owners did offer an extra day to make up for it, which we were unable to take advantage of. The owners also took out a claim on the mandatory insurance we had to get with the house in order to replace the motor, which seemed odd since the motor was not our fault. The boat lift overall was not in good shape and our boat got pretty beat up in the slip, so just be aware of that if you decide to bring your own boat. I wish we had known.

Nice home

The house itself was great. Nicely furnished as pictured and lots of great outdoor seating. The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. We had some issues with electrical at the deck above the dock. The ceiling fans were not working, but the refrigerator was running and one outlet worked. When I contacted the management company they only suggested that we flip switches and breakers. We did this and let them know this did not work, but no one came to address the issue while we were in the home. I will also say the water is not clean to swim in, my children did not get in. Lots of scum and even a dead animal was floating right by the dock. If you go here you probably need a watercraft to enjoy the river. We had planned to swim but that was not possible. Photos also show a water trampoline but we didn't see this, but we would not have used it anyway with the water condition.

Great lake house for a family

We truly enjoyed the time we spent at this property. I think the best part was the dock deck with the jump off spot, swings and comfy furniture! The kids enjoyed the swim pad and paddle boards. There was not a water trampoline like shown in the pictures and the pedal boat had no rudder to steer it so we couldn’t use it, but the kids didn’t mind because they spent the entire time jumping off the dock! The multiple seating areas on the patio was a nice addition, especially if you are a larger group like we were. Only thing to note is that there are about 6 steep stairs from the back patio door down to the patio itself - was difficult for my elderly father to manage each day but I understand that most will not have an issue with it. It was decorated very modern and there were Tons of things for use in the kitchen which was nice. The fridge at the dock did not get cold enough to chill drinks so we wound up hauling a big cooler up there. Only other thing to know is that the house sleeps 12 but there were not enough bath towels for all of us and no washcloths, so we wound up running to Dollar General to buy those. No one wants to have to share a washcloth or bath towel. Other than those few things, we had a fantastic time!

Fun, Modern, spacious, and beautiful

Property was amazing with so many amenities. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle bait, swimming , boating, grilling, and having great discussions on the many outside seating areas. Great communication as well.

great getaway

House is well furnished with everything you need to a weekend lake trip. Boat slip, jet ski slips and a huge deck out over the water was one of the things we enjoyed the most. The owner/manager is very helpful and quick to respond and communicate and was flexible with us. There isn't a ton of parking at this property (for boat trailer etc) but 3-4 cars should be no problem. We would definitely visit again.

THE BEST LAKE HOUSE EVER

I was lucky enough to spend a weekend here with my favorite people celebrating my 30th bday, and this Lake House was an actual DREAM. So clean, so nice, right on the water, comfy beds, fire pits, a deck above the boat house with swings and lounging and a full kitchen. It had everything we needed to have a great weekend. My 4 year old daughter said this was "the best day ever" I agree with her! The Host was so sweet and caring as well. I would 10/10 recommended and go back some day :)

Nice Place

Very nice place. There is a lot of boat traffic in front of the dock which makes it difficult for the kids to swim because the waves are so intense. Other than that, everything was great.

Great House to rent on the lake.

We really enjoyed our time at the Lake staying at this place. The location is about 3 minutes to the closest store and 5 minutes into town. The back patio and pier were very peaceful and relaxing locations. The kids loved jumping into the water and swimming all day. Highly recommend.

Lake house on the Colorado river

Great location on the Colorado river. The house was clean with a big open kitchen and living room with great views of the river. The 2 story boat has lots of play toys, kayaks, paddle board, large floating mat and a paddle boat. It also has 2 electric boat lifts for your boat which we used. We all had a good time and would recommend this river house.

An Absolutely Wonderful Weekend!

This home is bright, comfortable and has a cozy feel. The furnishings are lovely and are perfect in the different spaces! This home is well stocked with everything from shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to seasonings, oils, baggies, foil, etcetera in the large kitchen. There are multiple outdoor seating areas for entertaining; with a lovely dining table, beautiful chairs, a sofa.. all at different elevations for optimal views of the river! Two different outdoor fire pits; one gas and the other wood burning are available as well. There is a boat dock with a great area above also. This is truly a wonderful home in which to stay at LBJ!

Great family vacay spot - especially if you have your own boat!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here this summer. The house was beautifully furnished and fully stocked, way more than other rentals that we’ve stayed in that cause you to run to the store every time you realize you left something at home. The outside porches, fire pit area, and boat dock are very well maintained and comfortable. We were able to park both our ski boat and pontoon in the boat slips without any problem. The owner had excellent communication throughout our trip. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family trip with pontoon boat

I really can not say enough great things about this house! The three bedrooms were good size, beautifully decorated, kitchen fully stocked with anything you think you may need, the deck area was amazing, the patio layout was perfect. We brought our pontoon boat and used the lift, everything worked great, no issues at all. Host always quick to respond and very helpful when we were trying to get instructions of where to launch the boat. I would defiantly stay here again next summer!

Fantastic lake trip!

We had a fantastic trip to lake LBJ. Anna, the owner, was very easy to work with. She answered all our questions promptly. The home was absolutely beautiful. The best stocked home we’ve ever rented. Everything one could need in the kitchen, outside and inside games, even a water trampoline! The outside area had two green eggs for grilling, two fire pits (one wood and one gas) plus many seating areas. Our favorite spot was the patio over the boat dock. Already looking forward to staying here again!
