HOUSE RULES

● No parties allowed or loud music.

● Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. From 9 PM onwards (on request)

No groups younger than 30 years old.

● Check-out is by 11 AM.

● Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 125€ extra.

● Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

● Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 250

● Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not needed to change it, 125€.

● Damage to keys set: € 50

● Smoke fee in the property: € 400.00

● The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the deposited security deposit.
