Villa Piña is spread over two floors connected by stairs. Upon arrival, you are greeted by an outdoor area featuring a large private pool surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the exceptional climate of the Costa del Sol. On this first floor, with the pool, you'll find a magnificent terrace that completes the exterior space, divided into two zones: a covered porch-style dining area for six people, and an open area of approximately 30 m² with garden and vegetation, a comfortable chill-out area and a barbecue, perfect for watching the sunset, preparing a meal outdoors and enjoying warm southern nights.

Inside, the villa offers a spacious and bright living room with fireplace, two sofas and Smart TV with international channels. This room features modern, floral and beach-themed decorative elements such as plants, flowers, seaside paintings, shells and conches, bringing a distinct coastal atmosphere to the space. Next to it, a separate indoor dining room with air conditioning, ideal for long family meals.

The kitchen, newly renovated and modern, has a minimalist style in black and white tones and views of the garden. It features a lovely American-style breakfast bar with leather stools, perfect for conversation while cooking. It is fully equipped with oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with water and ice dispenser, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. It also includes storage space and basic kitchenware for your stay.

For rest, Villa Piña offers three bedrooms. One of them, located on the ground floor, has two single beds (placed together as a double bed, which can be separated upon request), a desk ideal for children or remote work, a spacious wardrobe, and air conditioning. Next to this room, there is a guest toilet for added convenience.

The two main bedrooms are on the upper floor. The first includes a double bed, Smart TV, desk, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and access to a private balcony with views of the pool. The second bedroom also features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, wardrobe, and air conditioning. In addition, this floor provides access to a large terrace with views of the garden and pool – the perfect spot to relax outdoors at any time of day.

The villa includes free WiFi, a private parking space, bed linens and towels. Beach towels are available for an extra charge. The property complies with all current legal regulations and includes a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for your total peace of mind.
