Los Alcores is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from [hidden]

But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this penthouse with great location and views above the Los Naranjos golf course and the famous mountain La Concha.This apartment on two levels has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, two spacious terraces with outdoor kitchen, dining furnitures, sun beds, Jacuzzi and a cozy fireplace in the middle of the outdoor couches. The terrace upstairs is divided in two parts with the dining table on one part and the Jacuzzi and sun beds on the other part. The terrace on the first floor has its door out from the kitchen. The living-room and the kitchen is connected and has a dining table for 6 people. The living-room has a big couch in front of a smart TV and an open fire. There is also a Sonos system around the apartment so you can easily connect your phone and listen to music. All the bedrooms has double beds in queen size. The first bedroom you have on first floor with a nice view out on the La Concha. The second bedroom has the same view also on first floor with a balcony connected to the room. The master bedroom we will find on second floor that is connected to the big terrace. All the bedrooms has its own bathroom with showers.

Alcores del Golf is a small gated complex with camera surveillance and daytime concierge. It has 4 communal pools. From Alcores you have golf courses like Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha Club only a few minutes away. To Puerto Banus its only 10 minutes by car and to Marbella centre its around 15 minutes by car. In Puerto Banus you have everything from the amazing beach to restaurants, luxury shops, small stores.

Free parking on the street outside the complex. No parking inside the complex.

It is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility since it is located on the third floor with no elevator.

In this property the maintenance Jesus enters twice a week to water plants on the terraces. He will enter the property with his own key and pass to the terrace. This service is mandatory when staying in our property.

Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi is closed and not in use from 15 of May to 15 of September.

Check-in after 21.00 has an additional fee of 100 euro.
