Built on three floors Casa Roca is characterized by an open, bright and timeless interior design that will immediately make you feel at home. The ground floor seamlessly connects the large living room with its own fire place, dining area and a large kitchen. A sweeping colonial inspired patio can be accessed from here as well – overlooking the property, pool area as well as parts of the Mediterranean Sea, it will be the perfect place to end the day with a glass of your favourite wine.

Easily accommodating up to eight individuals in its four bedrooms and five bathrooms the property also features an indoor sauna with a Jacuzzi and a covered outside dining area with barbecue station and pizza oven. Naturally the property has air conditioning throughout, enabling you to fully enjoy Marbella.

Prior to check-in, a pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card for a damage deposit amount of 2.000€. This is not an actual charge but a temporary hold, ensuring that funds are available if needed. Please be aware that this hold will be released within 10 days after your departure, provided no significant damages are identified.
