Hello Luca, I am really sorry for what happend but You are acussing my team to have stole your perfume and nintendo and I cannot let you say that. Its inaceptable. We have a system that can check who and when is opening the door and noone went into your aparment in that time. About the Speaker, What can i tell you. you forgot in the pool and someone took it. we looked in the camaras but nothing show up. Apart of that, I know that you have been very happy here in Aqua Bellamar
