«A very charming and cozy house. Clean and nicely decorated. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommmend it to family and friends. Check-in and Check-out was super easy. The location is perfect whether you need to travel within Provo, Orem, or the surrounding areas. And, our host Nathan was prompt to responding to any inquiries. «Cute apartment but some leftover food in fridge and kitchen. Some areas in fridge and drawers could've been cleaner. The light switches were labeled, which is good because many of them weren't in the appropriate room or logical spot. Not sure if the poor communication was an Expedia, Vbro or host issue. I'd get a text/email that said I had a message from the host. I'd click on the link and get an error message saying there was a problem on their end. Finally called Expedia and they couldn't get ...

«This townhouse definitely delivered a lot of space and beds for the price. It was generally okay condition, but not really pristine, though. The sheets were clean, but the comforters looked questionable. There were evidence of spiders that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while (window tracks were gross). Extra Linens not folded in closet. We had one shower that slow drained so the water was up to your ankles in 2 minutes and a toilet that we finally turned off the valve because it kept ...

«We arrived to the property and had no check in instructions. Ex how to access the bldg, no door code or instructions where the key was. We later found it but never received anything from the landlord. The space was also not cleaned and none of the laundry was done including the bed sheets. We got ahold of the owner and had to put the linens on the bed ourselves.We were also not notified there was a tenant in the basement. «We enjoyed our stay at this property. The space of staying is in the basement of the home so keep in mind you have to go down steps to access. Not wheelchair accessible. The place welcome pets. All the stuff we need was there.»

«The property was extremely clean, attractive, comfortable and well furnished! Beds were particularly comfortable! The living space was ample and big enough that I could invite my college kids over for a home-cooked meal!The location was wonderful- I will be back!»

«We did not stay. The photos of the property are deceiving. The outdoor area is very unattractive. Inside the ceiling is low and we found it claustrophobic. We moved our things an and decided we could not stay there, forfeiting both night’s rent. The second night was due at check in, but unfortunately I paid early and was not refunded. »

«Stayed here one night and we loved the location and the space. It was a bit dusty in some areas like the upstairs railing. And we did wish there were gates provided around all the stairs for our 1 year old. Besides that, they accommodated our checkout time super well and communication was great. «We had a great stay. We had great communication before and during our stay. Quiet, clean and easy to work with. They also had some uniqe games that were a variation of traditional games that we really enjoyed as we are a game not TV or scrolling family. We truly enjoyed our stay and they met all our needs and responded quickly to any queations we had. Above all customer service was great and that is not too common anymore. »
