«Very very clean. All the staff we interacted with were very courteous and pleasant. Breakfast was very good with minimum 3 hot foods as well as pancakes and waffles. Also had fruit cereal, Danish, and yogurt. Would definitely stay again.»

«I believe Expedia and the baymont are equally deserving of this review. Expedia made no mention that the property was under total renovation. It was difficult to find the entrance through all of the boxes piled in fromt.pf.the main.entrance. once inside the entire lobby was also filled with huge furniture boxes making the area unusable. The hallways to our room were obstructed from end to end leaving a narrow passage to our room. Room numbers were obstructed by the boxes. I can't imagine how ...

«Lots of options for breakfast, although there was no fruit and the eggs weren’t fully real. Our hotel carpet was damp and needed a dehumidifier in the room as it smelled musky and there was food left in fridge from previous people that wasn’t cleaned out, but as soon as I notified the front desk they were most apologetic and came to clean it right away and was adamant to do something about a discount on the room. «I came to Grand Forks to see my son who is studying at UND. The hotel is, like everything else in town - far from everything. The room was big and practical and was well equipped. Breakfast was very basic, but ok. I was disappointed that there was no bar or place one could get a drink. I had a good stay, but next time will look for a hotel situated in downton and has slightly better facilities. Staff ver brilliant and helpful.»

«My family and I were in room 217 on June 30 for 1 night. We got in late and we were exhausted from traveling. We arrived at 10pm and wanted to go straight to sleep. Room was what we were expected.
