«This spacious home with a huge, quiet, well-kept front and back yards was perfect for our family group and puppy. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy relaxing. Fire pit and charcoal grill were great additions. There was a gigantic turkey who entertained us morning and evening with his strut.»

«The stay was wonderful, neighborhood was family friendly and very quiet. Property was excellent for a group of six could’ve brought two more and house still would’ve been spacious enough. Photos don’t do justice to the quality of the interior of the home. Would highly recommend for family vacations.»

«Super charming and updated home in a quiet neighborhood, blocks away from marina and beach. Walk to coffee and lunch/dinner across street. Close to Arcadia mountain biking/hiking, dunes , Frankfort. House is spacious, with a great Kitchen with nice gas stove, good coffee pot, totally redone bath. We loved our stay and will definitely keep this one on the list. host was charming and check in/out easy. Say yes to this one!!!»

«The boathouse was the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend getaway. I absolutely loved the outdoor area and the quaintness of the house. It was close to all the activities we were looking to do and the property owners gave us some great suggestions on where to go for dinner and we found their suggestion about their favorite trail and it did not disappoint. They were prompt to answer any questions and I would definitely stay here again.»

«The property was spotless, which is a must for me, the front porch was the perfect place to spend a morning, or afternoon, or evening for that matter. So close to the water, it made it easy to go to watch the sunset over the lake. The owner was very easy to deal with, so much so that I would stay here again in the future. Overall a perfect place to spend a few days.»

«We absolutely loved the property and cabin. Very relaxing. The only negative part out of our entire weekend was the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. We tried the pullout bed even but it was still hard as a rock just like the upstairs one. We would love to come back but hopefully there will be a different mattress available.»

«We were looking for a couple of peaceful days and we found it. The cabin was wonderful, updated, cozy, and so nice and clean. There’s lots to do outdoors and we made a short trek into Manistee to enjoy the lakeshore. Tammy, the hostess, was so great to work with, too. I would gladly return.»
