'Duquesa Village' is a 60 minute drive from Malaga airport and around 30 minutes from Gibraltar. The marina and the beach is a leisurely 20-25 minutes walk downhill or under 5 minutes drive but a taxi/car is recommended on the way back. You can take a cab from outside the marina for under 8 Euros. The buzzing Monte Duquesa Square is a 10-12 minute walk and you can find a range of options for eating and drinking or you can head to Puerto Duquesa which is always buzzing.
Duquesa Village is an established community with 5 outdoor pools, lots of green communal areas and a relaxed atmosphere.
The apartment itself is as good as brand new, it has had a complete refurb including all new furniture, beds and mattresses. The apartment gives a luxury feel as soon as you walk through the door and no expense has been spared to make your holiday as relaxing as it should be.
The apartment has high speed 300 MB WiFi and is free.
The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a top of the range latex mattress for a comfortable sleep. The en-suite bathroom is very modern with a rain shower and Jacuzzi bath.
The second bedroom has two single beds which can be pulled together to make a double if required. The beds & mattresses are premium & super comfortable to ensure a comfortable nights sleep.
The large living room has an Italian Chaise Lounge which opens up to be a sofa bed for two people with a memory foam mattress. There is 50 inch smart TV to enjoy some lazy time/sports and a Fire-stick plugged in to enjoy your favourite movies/sports. There is a modern diner in the lounge for 6 people.
The lounge and the master bedroom open into the large terrace area (22 Sq Mtrs). The views of the sea and the golf course from the terrace are beautiful and picture perfect. You can enjoy the sun on the rattan sofas or have an alfresco meal on the diner provided.
We have taken care of the smallest of detail such as providing pool/beach towels, hair dryer, essential soaps, tea/coffee/sugar, coffee machine, toilet rolls, kitchen towels to make you feel AT HOME.
The entry to the apartment is key less so no more waiting around for someone to give you the keys. You will be provided with a code before your arrival and you can just punch in the code on the keypad to gain access to the property.
