Great service. All staff were so friendly from the guard, front desk and housekeeper and the restaurant has a great service. The food was delicious.The room is clean and smells good. Also great surroundings accessible to many restaurants and convenient stores.I will recommend it.

I loved staying here! The rooms were clean and the employees were friendly and attentive. I appreciated their recommendations and their location which is located around a bunch of walkable areas. There is also a laundry service behind the hotel which will deliver back to room for free! We will return :)

It's a very good hotel, just like any other in this price range. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable. The internet speed is shockingly bad which is really disappointing and needs to be improved.

As we were fully booked and expecting another guest for your current studio room, our Front Office Associate politely asked if you could check out of the studio room and transfer to a one-bedroom suite once it was vacated and cleaned by housekeeping. However, you declined and chose to stay in the current room, accepting the downgrade. Later in the afternoon around 5 pm, we received a cancellation for a one-bedroom suite and offered to move you back to your original room, but you declined. We want to clarify that we provided all possible options to ensure a hassle-free stay, but you declined these options. Emplacement idéal avec personnel serviable
Hôtel très bien situé avec des chambres convenables. Le coffee shop restaurant qui lui est attenant (pas la Starbucks, l’autre) est très sympathique. Personnel très serviable et surtout avec une réception ouverte 24 heures sur 24 ce qui est pratique quand on arrive très tard avec le dernier vol à l’aéroport.

Overall it was a good stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Just an issue that one of the housekeeping staff forcibly tried to enter my room even with the bolts on, and when confronted, he said he was just instructed to clean up for check out this was literally a day after i first checked in, which meant i was still stayinf for another 2 nights

Sphere is in a great location, stayed here many times, close to triangle and Greenbelt, plenty of restaurants in the area, staff is great, rooms are very nice and well maintained. Highly recommend!
