• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
House rules
• No undisclosed persons/pets, loud parties, indoor smoking, or illegal substances allowed.
• Quiet hours from 10 pm-6 am
• NO SMOKERS AT ALL - It's not allowed to smoke cigars, vape, etc. The disinfection service fee for breaking this rule is 3,000 PHP
• The checkout time is until 2 pm. Any late check-out will be charged 1,000 PHP for each additional 30 minutes (no partial payment, after 2:15 pm you will be charged the 1,000 PHP fee). Sorry, but we need to have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests.
• NO PETS ALLOWED: bringing a pet will be charged a 1,000 PHP penalty fee and an additional cleaning cost of 1,000 PHP
• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
