Veldig sentralt på toppen av shoppingsenter
Veldig bra sted hvor vi har vært før og skal reise til neste uke igjen. Ligger på toppen av flere shoppingsentere, slik at man ikke trenger å bevege seg utendørs. Stort pluss for club rom og executive club lounge. Veldig stille med nydelig utsikt og diskret betjening. Noen små minuser. Bassenget er ganske lite og vindutsatt. Rom er litt gamle med gamle løsninger, men komfortable. Heiser tar noe tid. Vanlig sjekk inn i 3 etasje, mens club rom har sjekk inn i 19 etasje. Jeg anbefaler på det sterkeste å booke clubrom pga mer comfort, rolig frokost og diverse tea time og cocktail hour. Egentlig perfekt når fruen shopper så kan jeg slappe av her oppe. Vær obs på at de neste årene blir det mye byggevirksomhet rundt hotellet, og det vil nok bli ganske innelukket.

Definitely going back!
Very nice and comfortable hotel right in the heart Of the shopping and business area in Makati. Staff was very nice and helpfull. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Love the swimmingpool on the roof deck!

Ypperlig service med shopping i samme bygning
Vi hadde bare en natt her på gjennomreise, men dette var veldig bra. Hadde en stor clubsuite i 19 etasje med personlig check in og en service i toppklasse og flott utsikt. Anbefales om en trenger litt ro. Hotellet ligger i ett shoppingsenter av dimensjoner(Glorietta og Greenbelt), hvor man kan gå seg vill:). Virker ganske nytt men litt eldre stil på rommene. En liten pool på taket med en koselig bar. Nydelig frokost og med nærhet til Glorietta er det mange andre spisemuligheter. Alle ansatte som vi møtte snakker veldig bra engelsk og vet hvordan man behandler gjester. Litt trøblete heiser som tar litt tid. Her kommer vi igjen neste år, garantert!

Perfekt for barnefamilier.
Vi bodde på dette hotellet med to barn på 6 og 8 år. Barna elsket hotellet og bassenget på taket. Vi ble møtt av ansatte som virket genuint hyggelige. Hele oppholdet var en fornøyelse. Treningsrommet var bra utstyrt, lyst og trivelig. Ble møtt av en hyggelig personlig trener som var veldig behjelpelig. Bassengområdet var rent og trivelig med solsenger og parasoller, ble også her tatt imot av hyggelige personer som ordnet solsenger og badehånklær. Det var raskt trådløst internett i hele hotellet. Dette er første gang jeg har opplevd i Filippinene at det ikke spares på toalettpapir, servietter, håndklær o.l. Har aldri følt meg mer komfortabel på et hotell. Men først og fremst var det de hyggelige menneskene som jobber her som gjorde dette til en fin opplevelse.

The staff was exceptional and did their best to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Of particular note was the person assigned to clean our room. She was attentive, and sought to address and proactively address our needs.

There are great dining options, but the primary reason I will return to the Holiday Inn Makati is Mr. Arcangeles. He personally handled challenges and effectively delegated solutions his fine team led by Mr. Steve in the Lounge.

Staff at breakfast don't know what they are doing. Coffee never arrives. Rather chaotic overall. This hotel is classed as 5 stars. I don't know how. It is only a 3 star hotel in my opinion. Also, they changed the bedsheets every day. Other hotels have a card you can put on the bed to request not to change sheets. They should do that because changing sheets every day is bad for the environment.

Great location. Friendly staff. Fast staff response when you request something. In my room, the toilet exhaust wasn't working. One time lights went out my room. Turned out to be a faulty fuse. Apart from that everything was first class.

Best breakfast buffet with taho champorado pork tocino garlic rice and a lot more! So conveniently located! The lobby floor had lots of restaurants japanese and korean. Housekeeping is very prompt.
