Pluming is leaking, ive been transferred to another room after the leak and the room is so dirty, this is a quarantine facility however they are still accepting short hours

申し訳ありませんが二度と利用しません。
初日に用意された部屋がトイレの水が流れず。 翌日部屋を変えて欲しいとお願いして変更された部屋はシャワーの水がほとんど出ず。 でした。

My Stay at Halina Hotel on November 4, 2017
The best thing is the hot shower and the aircon, the staff are great! Now the cleanliness leaves to be said. The area around the bed needs thorough cleaning, the sheets smelled clean but they weren't. The grout in the bathroom between the tiles has black molds. But overall my experience was good and the front desk was great.

Stay 14th Jan - 19th Jan 2017 . no lift 3 flights of stairs , building / rooms are disgusting ! ceiling is falling in , floors torn up and dirty . old furniture , air con from the 70's and noisy . bed and sheets dirty , bathroom is horrible . no hot shower or water . morning staff plays music loud in the hall ways , hotel food in kitchen is dirty so we didn't order from there . I mean does the cleaning staff actually know the meaning of cleaning thoroughly ? Overall this Hotel needs full renovations and a massive clean up by the owners or the person who is leasing this business as it seems NOBODY CARES !! its absolutely disgusting !!! do yourself and the people you are traveling with and find somewhere else to stay !

Hôtel pour touriste très pauvre (comme moi)
Bonjour, C'est un hôtel de passes très bruyant, certes pas cher pour Manille mais vraiment en très bas de gamme... le wifi ne fonctionne que rarement dans la chambre... pas d'eau chaude... etc

T'was bad. Booking company was not aware that rooms labeled as non smoking was thick with cigarette odor. Please check hotels/ inns that you promote.
