Overall a decent place to stay. However, do NOT do laundry service the hotel provides. I overlooked the stated rates, and ended up paying over $100 for about a week’s load - laundry cost more than the room for a night, that’s insane!

Great hotel service team, from check in to check out and all the time in between. Location was perfect, not too far from the airport, next to malls and convenience stores, and restaurants. Breakfast buffet were quite good, though a bit more variation would be nice (perhaps include more western selections, like breakfast sausage, eggs benedict, etc.). My only complaint was that the fridge wasn't working, leading to warm drinks at night. Transferred to another room and the same deal. Still, overall a very good hotel.

From our flawless check in with Ma’am Dhane this was a great experience. Our excellent housekeepers were Michelle Daquina and Claire Dionela who made sure our room was perfectly clean and well stocked. The entire staff of the Executive Lounge were so professional as were the Devarana Spa staff. We also have to highlight the great service from Ma’am Karen, the Rooms Director, and her team including Mon and Betchie!

Staff are friendly. During my stay, it was busy day and I understand but that doesn't mean they have no time to clean my room. They forgot to clean and they said they will come back until evening nobody showed up to clean.
