The hotel staffs are super friendly. It made us feel so welcome. Our stay here was really good. When we got forgotten in the dining room, they made sure to make up for it. Their room is clean, they have housekeeping everyday. The laundry does a great job washing our clothes and they even try to remove the stains. Definitely recommends this hotel! Would’ve stayed here the whole time if only we book it ahead of time.

Too loud. We don’t have any sleep at all. They have that Bobapalooza concert on the ground for 2 days. It’s a rock concert. Not suitable for senior people who needs to relax. This Hotel is not thinking about their guest comfortable stay. I’m not so happy with our stay.

This is my go to whenever I am visiting family in the area. The hotel is just walks away from two malls and is very convenient. Though the hotel is showing its age. Staff were courteous and always greets you.

It’s a great hotel I enjoyed however the beds hard, pillows hard of low quality. The cleaning was just ok I had to call desk for clean up on 18th floor after asking staff there to clean. I would say good place to stay but dated and nothing exceptional with exception of being close to Asian hospital

Worth the money.
The food was good but limited for room service. The location is good, shopping food and easy access to the skyway for your trip to the airport. The staff was vert nice and helpful. Wish I could have staied longer.

Aging.
The room we stayed in was showing signs of aging, limited plug sockets, old furniture but not unexpected I guess for the age of this hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, staff excellent but there are better 5* hotels out there. Saying that, I will probably return one day but may try out one or two of the other hotels in the area first.

A good choice in Alabang
Quite modern Hotel well located near the mall. The staff is really very polite, professional and dedicated. The rooms are very comfortable ( good mattress, soft but you can take the overmatress if you like it harder). You can as well open the windows ( at least in my suite) if you prefer the fresh air and not the air conditioning, which was too effective for me ( cold and not that loud). The only negative part is the breakfast room, which was really full and loud. Thankfully I had access to the executive lounge, which is very peaceful and pleasant, even if the selection of dishes is more limited. Plus free meal between 6pm and 8pm at the lounge.

As a traveling executive, it was good to find a hotel with good food and accommodations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Another convenient feature is the access the Skyway. The only area they can improve is their Gym Access which closes early. I will update experience after my next stay. God Bless!

Made reservations two months in advance. Confirmed email what I reserved included one bed for me and my wife. When I arrived/checked in I was told there was only a room with two single beds. I guess they don’t understand the concept of a reservation. When I questioned the reception I was told first come first served. Would not recommend.

After arriving to my room there were no towels, the room was not the cleanest, the carpet was dirty and very stained. No complimentary bottled water was provided, only an empty water decanter which I found unsanitary, then you needed to go to a water dispenser to fill the water decanter. In a world of covid why would any hotel chain do something like this.

Crimson is very good. Close to mall. Nice pool is nice but busy on the weekends. Check in and check out can get busy so prepare to wait if it’s a peak time.. typical hotel food meaning so so and expensive. Don’t worry lots of choices in the mall. Overall crimson is the best hotel if your staying in Alabang. (It’s 40 minutes from Manila) 20 minutes south of the airport. .

I was a guest at the Crimson Hotel Filinvest City and stayed for 8 nights. My time there was incredible. When I checked in, I was exhausted, sweaty, and just wanted a room so I could shower and get rest. I was a little early for check in and thought I would be resting in the lobby until check in. Those nice people checked me in. I knew I was eligible for an upgrade but really just wanted any room. I was upgraded and when I walked into my room - WOW!!! I had a corner room with a great view of the city. All the staff were so kind and courteous. Security was always friendly when greeting me and made me feel safe as I entered the property, they were always staff opening the door for me with a big smile and greeting, housekeeping always and so eager to please, pool staff were always ready for your drink or food order, room services menu had many choices to choose from and the food was great. I felt like royalty staying here. This place treats their customers with kindness, respect and compassion.
