Welcome to our private staycation unit at Shore Residences, located just minutes away from SM Mall of Asia. This is a privately owned condominium unit (not a hotel), ideal for guests looking for a budget-friendly, clean, and convenient place to stay near MOA, airport, and entertainment areas.

Our unit is offered “as is” based on the photos provided. It is perfect for guests who simply need a comfortable space to rest after errands, travel, or exploring the MOA area.

⚠️ Extra mattress is NOT included.
If needed, it is available for rent at ₱700 per stay (subject to availability).
👥 Guest Capacity Policy
Maximum of 4 guests only (strictly enforced).
All ages (kids, infants, adults) are counted as 1 person each.
🪪 ID Submission (Mandatory)
All guests are required to submit valid government-issued IDs in advance for building registration (Guest Authorization Form).
✔ IDs must be sent via booking platform or official email
✔ Only registered guests will be allowed entry
✔ Visitors are strictly not allowed
💰 Security Deposit
A ₱1,000 security deposit is required upon check-in.
✔ Refundable within the day after check-out
✔ Subject to room inspection and building clearance
✔ Refund via GCash or bank transfer
⚠️ Deposit is required before access is provided.
🏊 Swimming Pool Access
Pool use is NOT FREE and must be paid directly:
✔ ₱150 per person – Regular days
✔ ₱300 per person – Holidays
📅 Pool schedules and availability are controlled by building management and may vary.
🚗 Parking Information
Parking is NOT included.
