Driving Directions:

From Greenbelt (Mall):

Head east on Ayala Center / Greenbelt Drive toward Makati Ave

Turn left onto Makati Ave

Continue straight for about 1.5–2 km

Century Spire will be on your right (between Jupiter & Valero Streets)

Look for: The large, contemporary multi-story building in front of Century Medical Makati

Please remember that you’re staying in a residential building, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Building staff is wonderful and willing to help where they can. Please be so kind to announce yourself at the entrance for check in and they will guide you to the reception desk and help with your luggage.

In return they ask you to register any guests with them upon entering, a common courtesy in Manila to upkeep security standards.

For monthly stays electricity use up to 5k PHP is included pro rata.
