4 of the 5 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms featuring luxurious rainforest showers and bathtubs with ocean views for you to enjoy. Large sliding glass doors enable an ocean view to wake up in the morning, there’s no better way to wake up!

Another relaxing area is located outside next to the pool, giving you space to relax or enjoy a drink in the evening. You will love the atmosphere here. It's a safe and comfortable place to spend quality time with your loved ones.

One of the standout features of this villa is its dedicated on-site team, here to ensure your stay is completely stress-free. The staff is present throughout the day, and can assist with anything you might need, from meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) which you can take either in the garden or in the covered area with table and sofas in the evening for the meal and aperitif, to daily housekeeping, laundry coordination, and even booking in-villa spa treatments. Think of it as hotel-style service in the privacy of your own home. The villa manager is also available on-site to help with car or scooter rentals, restaurant bookings, private drivers, and more—just ask!

The staff members will make sure everything is suited to your wishes and needs during your stay. The staff will come daily to clean the villa and the manager on site will assist you with all requests and questions that might arise during your stay. **Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions.

*Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

*This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.*

*Please be informed that there is an ongoing government pathway improvement project along the beach access in front of the villa. Guests may occasionally see workers or hear some noise during the day, particularly in front of the pool area facing the ocean. We appreciate your understanding, as this project is beyond our control and part of the area’s development.

As a result of this temporary situation, we have applied a special discounted rate to ensure you still enjoy excellent value for your stay.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in after 8 PM is charged IDR 200k, and IDR 500k after midnight. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa?
- A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. However a menu with different options is available at the villa for you to choose from if needed. We will be happy to help you arrange all kinds of services. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? Can I have extra beds?
- A : This villa is for 10 people, any additional person will be charged USD25/night/person, maximum 2 extra person. Extra bed is not available at the villa, the extra person would be using the existing bed.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
