We welcome you to enjoy Jamaica and feel at home as you relax with just the two of you or with the entire family at our Tranquil Jamaica Retreat.

Each room is designed with the whole family or the individual traveler in mind.

The apartment has its private entrance, kitchen & bathrooms. Everything you’ll need for 3 nights to a 3 months stay. We love long term stays! The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood.
The space
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals with a stove / oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils.
Guest access
Using your private entrance, you have access to the apartment areas, front porch as well as the parking area on the property behind a remote operated security gate.
Other things to note
Our beautiful family home is located in a residential neighborhood and is surrounded by lush landscape. You will enjoy fresh air and can experience slow and easy nature walks. Night-time gets cool and comfortable, so prepare to snuggle up tight on the front porch.

We are within 5-10 minutes to the town, restaurants, recreational areas, entertainment activities, hospitals, supermarket.


Additional rules
* Quiet Time - 10pm to 8am

* You may NOT exceed the number of guest specified at the time of booking except if discussed and agreed by host.

* Don't use skin products, hair dyes or oils that will leave stains on towels or bed linens.

* Absolutely no parties or events.

* Absolutely No smoking or vaping

* Kindly turn off all lights and TV when leaving.

* DO NOT use bath towels as bathroom mats. Bathroom mats are available in each bathroom

* DO NOT remove any items from the property upon your departure. Items such as:
1. linens
2. utensils
3. small appliances
***Inventory of items will be checked after each guest(s) departure***
