Helt kaos på frokost. Sløv betjening. Utrolig grisete og rotete. Siste natt ble vårt rom rengjort kl 17. Hadde ikke forhåndsbestilt frokost hadde vi visst hvordan det var. Ellers bra beliggenhet og hotel.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion after your stay with us. Please note that we maintain the hotel throughout the year depending on the activity and our retro-planning. Last winter, we focused on the rooms, the lobby and the casino. We will continue the other spaces as soon as possible. Regarding the beach, it is true that the sunbeds require a supplement, as all 4 stars hotels on the French Riviera. However, as hotel guest, you benefit preferential rates so prices start at only 25€ in high season. We strive to provide you the best services, so if we can, stay assured that we will find you a sunbed. However, we benefit from an exceptional location "on the edge of the sea" that allows you, if you wish to sit on the public beach and enjoy our pool and free access to the beach. Not worth the price
Hotel is in need of renovation. The service staff were not friendly and some were rude. Changed rooms twice to get one that was updated. The breakfast was adequate but lots of room for improvment.

Ein angenehmes Hotel direkt am Meer. Das einzige Manko ist, dass es nach Mitternacht keinen Service auf der Terasse oder im Hotel gibt, ausschliesslich im Casino.

Nous n’y retournerons pas
Impossible de changer de chambre car envahis par les séminaires car bruyant : trafic, avions, trains, paillote voisine. Repas pas à la hauteur du prix demandé Cornet glacé commandé à la piscine était plus une mousse au chocolat ! Serveur qui répond qu’il est désolé mais ne peut rien faire. Heureusement une charmante demoiselle me l’a échangé contre une vraie glace cette fois-ci Entrecôte commandée saignante arrive trop cuite Le serveur l’a ramené en cuisine mais revient en disant que le chef la considère comme saignante !!! Vu le prix des chambres, les transats devraient être inclus mais on préfère les louer à des personnes de l’extérieur La salle des petits déjeuner ressemble plus à une cantine et les chaises sont dans un état pitoyable pour un Pullman Nous ne reviendrons pas alors que nous avons déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel

Overpriced and grubby
Grubby overpriced tourist hotel. Desperately in need of a good clean and general refurbishment. Stayed here many times over the years. Staff are apathetic, one server for 15 tables for lunch, waited over half an hour for a menu so gave up. Not overly busy, just woefully mismanaged. Good beach access but if you want a sun bed be prepared for a many Euro fleecing. Can and should do a whole lot better.

Na een aantal keren een bezoek te hebben gebracht aan dit hotel bleken de kamers nog identiek. Schoon heel en veilig, maar een update zou wel mogen worden verwacht. Ligging aan strand is top. Goed zwembad (meer voor volwassenen) en net personeel, zeker in de restaurants/op het terras. Goede bedden, goed ontbijt. Niks mis mee, hoewel de inflatie hier wel erg hard lijkt te hebben toegeslagen.

Bien entendu, en tant que client de l’hôtel vous bénéficiez d’un tarif préférentiel en haute et basse saison. Néanmoins, nous avons la chance de bénéficier d’une situation exceptionnelle « les pieds dans l’eau » qui vous permet, si vous préférez, de vous installer sur le côté de la plage publique puis profiter de la piscine et de la plage en accès libre. Nous vous avions d'ailleurs envoyé un email lors de votre réservation.En espérant avoir la chance de vous accueillir de nouveau.Cordialement.

Also, we have recently renewed all the outdoor furniture of the pool, restaurant, and bar, and, set up a new "rooftop" area, which you can enjoy this summer, with a new bar, restaurant, lounge area, and canopies. We had a fantastic vacation here; the staff are excellent. Very attentive, very classy and from the moment you arrive you know that these guys run a tight ship. Very reasonable price for valet parking too (15 Euro)... The massage at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. Can't say enough good things about the spa staff. Minor disappointments; the "fitness room" is essentially a bug empty room with a couple of home gym cardio machines, some mats and a very haphazard Dumbbell rack. I wish they had better gym equipment. Finally, the food at the restaurant is ok, but could be better. We ended up only eating at the hotel restaurant twice during our stay because it was unremarkable but convenient. However there are several great restaurants within walking distance which is one of the reasons we chose here anyway. Overall would definitely come back.

Please note that in our fitness we provide some equipment for those who want to keep fit, although we do not have all the equipment present in other gyms. However, if you want more personalized training, you can book a session with our coach. For your information, we planned to change completely our fitness equipment at the end of the year with new and more products. Nevertheless, we are delighted to have been able to make you live a "fantastic" stay thanks to all our services and benefits. And I will not fail to share your compliments with all my team and especially the masseuses of the Royal The Institute who will be delighted to know that you have been sensitive to their care. Pour la vue des chambres et la plage privée
Personnel agréable et soucieux du confort des clients. Excellent accueil. Les atouts de cet hotel son clairement la vue depuis les chambres balcon avec vue mer et la plage privee avec acces direct à la mer. Buffet petit dej très bon. Un seul bémol : les cocktails (excellents) servis dans des verres en plastic blanc qui ne sont pas moches mais qui font cheap, et j'aime voir ce que contient mon verre.

This facility has a mold problem. The shower water spills copiously on the adjacent bathroom carpet, in both rooms we were in. The mold smell in these rooms was unbelievable. Had to sleep with the balcony door wide open to minimize the smell. The management seems oblivious to this very obvious problem. My advice is to stay away. By the way, the everything looks dirty in this hotel, except for the lobby.
