«Basic facilities not working and no response from staff! Shower stopped working and reception said they couldn’t fix it until days later and couldn't offer me an alternative room. Calls to the management go to voicemail. Emailed them asking for a partial refund, no reply at a week later. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests. Really bad experience.»

«I read a recent review not to be concerned in what was looking like you were turning up in an industrial estate, the setting is odd yes but works well. It was a lovely stay and the apartment was really spacious, clean and had exactly what we needed, we had a great stay. It was an ok walk into the town centre aswell so if you like walking its only a stones throw away and was perfect for us.
