Hey John, Thank you very much for leaving us such useful feedback, we really do appreciate it. I'm pleased to hear that you had a good stay overall and were impressed with our central location as well as the fully equipped apartment. I do apologies for the issues you experienced with the noise and the lighting. Our designers did opt for a muted lighting in the rooms to give a more intimate cozy vibe, however if this is not for you we are more than happy to provide extra floor lamps on request at reception. Being an inner city hotel, noise is something we contend with regularly and I do apologise for this, however if you'd like to stay again and give us another chance to impress you, we are more than happy to allocate on request one of our quieter rooms at the back of the building overlooking the canal, and away from any noisy streets. Hopefully we can welcome you back another time to turn your 4/5 into a 5/5! See you soon!
