Sportslig hotell med bra betjening
Jeg bodde der i 4 døgn. Frokosten var godt tilpasset med personlig service, men uten så mange valg utenfor meny. Men jeg ble godt oppvartet. Betjening i resepsjon var servicevenlige. Rommet var lite, men rent og pent. Sengen kunne være hard for enkelte gjester siden fjærene var korte og myke. Sengetøy var stort og deilig. Hotellet har gode treningsmuligheter, men ligger i litt avstand unna transportkommunikasjon. Men dette gjør hotellet til stille og rolig.

Great hotel, however extremely small rooms
The room is really small - but at least you cannot fall out of the bed - or turn around during the sleep and wake up confused. The hotel does however stand out as the first in UK where the employees took care of you as a guest. They knew you (as they knew that you were their guest, and what you had been talking to them about), they seemed friendly and service minded. There were very good training facilities, including a 25 meter swimming pool. The restaurant had good quality on the food (both breakfast and dinner), and the price of the dinner was absolutely fair priced, compared to other hotel restaurants.

Got to check in early which was fab. The guy on the desk was very helpful regarding getting into Manchester. The room was light and looked newly decorated with good furniture and comfy bed and pillows. Great night sleep. Would definitely stay again

Clean and comfortable however, the hotel is fairly out of the way and the bar / restaurant area lacked any atmosphere.

The food and coffee were brilliant, the rooms were nice and the spa facilities were glorious! Lovely walks nearby. The staff were also super kind and friendly and happy to help. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return if I'm back in the area!

Had booked a small double room as king size not available at time of booking. In my opinion, this was suitable for only one person. Staff agreed to move us to king size when available.

Lovely Hotel and Facilities
Arrived after visiting the Christmas Markets, check in was swift and got to our rooms quickly. The double rooms are on the small side, luckily we booked 2 separate rooms otherwise may have been a squeeze for 2 of us. Rooms were comfortable, did heat up quickly. Breakfast was lovely, consisting of full English buffet, continental and cereals, juices etc. After check out we made use of the hydro spa facilites. Was disappointed the main pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms were out of use due to maintenance works but the small hydro pool and other steam/sauna rooms were good. Nice changing facilities in female area although did notice some mould spots in the shower area.
