Vi lå i ett tilbygg bak hotellet der rommet var lite, ikke veldig rent og det var tett vask og dusj som ble tildels fikset. Rommet trenger renovering. Frokosten på hotellet var heller ikke bra da det nesten ikke var utvalg. Servicen var bra. Er veldig skuffet over standarden da bildene lyver mye

The heater wasn’t working I stayed for 3 days and was given a electric heater which took hours to heat up the room to a normal temperature I then gave my takeaway to the receptionist to put in the fridge where they threw it in the bin

I had a 2 night stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were well furnished, modern quiet and comfortable. Only 2 minor criticism. Pay more attention to cleaning of the grout in the showers and provide better quality toilet roll. If this had been better 5 star all round. I would definitely come back.

Interesting but ‘tired’
This hotel has some amazing, original architectural features but is quite ‘tired’ and in need of a refurbishment. Rooms are comfortable but more water came out of the back of the shower head than front. Food in the ‘restaurant’ (bar area) is lovely. Not sure why smoke detector in room was covered? Not a ‘destination’ hotel, but convenient for our purposes.

Run down Sport hotel
Former grand hotel/house which has seen better days. Its pretty obvious that it caters for football & cricket fans due to its ideal location for both Old Traffords!

Fantastic location and hotel
The hotel is in a fantastic location to go to Manchester city centre or stay in Salford. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean, depsite the faint smell of cleaning chemicals, we knew it was thoroughly cleaned.

Stayed in the cottage area of the hotel in a separate building. The place was uncomfortably warm and had to open all the windows even during the night. A lot of money for not a lot. The room was second class and smells of damp. The furniture and condition of the room is poor in bedsit status. The bathroom was nearly functional. The staff were very pleasant people to talk to. Breakfast was adequate. I will never return to this venue

Black mold in bedroom
First of all I'll start by saying the service was good and the shower was amazing but the room itself is a health hazard. The room hadn't been cleaned, and if it did it wasn't to any standard. The dust was thick enough to write my name in it, there was no face cloths provided, the bare minimum condiments were provided and didn't cover out stay (1 night) and that's not the worst of it. The black mold growing around the window and on the full wall of brick underneath is dangerous, the room smells damp as soon as you open the door. The netting at the window also had a fair amount of black mold. This is not suitable for anyone to stay in until it's been sort. I don't usually leave an review at all but this needs to be sorted ASAP

Good experience at Trafford hotel
Loved and central hotel suited to our needs. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Only downside for me personally was the room facing main road thus traffic in early morning was disturbing but thats just me as a light sleeper. Breakfast was buffet style and okay. Otherwise good experience

Hotel restaurant was a bit strange, rap music playing in the background, sports bar in the day but people trying to have afternoon tea...think it needs to be one or the other. Rooms are being update and bathroom was fine but the room itself was absolutely freezing and didnt warm up until day 2, carpet was old and worn and room was on a slant. Staff friendly and nice and everything was clean.

Cottage room was not part of the main building and looked tired. Room was actually ok but there was a sign that clearly stated no smoking and the corridor stank of smoke. Position of room meant the outside light was shining into room overnight. Bathroom was good and the breakfast was great

Excellent room and overall service. Workers were very nice and respectful. They helped with all issues and sorted everything out, even gave us late checkout because of our car breaking down. The excellent rating is for wonderful reception staff. My room wasn't ready at check-in time but they explained why (outwith their control) and offered complimentary drink/food discount etc. which was appreciated but not required. I would definitely stay again.

We was situated in the cottage which is OUTSIDE of the hotel. The place smelt like cigarettes and felt quite unsafe. There was a lot of hair on the pillows and duvet sheets. Wouldn’t visit again.
