When getting from the property to Manchester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in on foot as finding parking can always be a struggle. Nonetheless, if you want to go in by car, luckily this property has free parking ideally located at the property. The property is also conveniently located just a short walk to the Etihad Stadium. You can also use the Manchester taxi or Uber to easily get around.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.

*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.

*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.

*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.

*Stays Over 7 Nights
Additional housekeeping is available upon request for an extra fee.

*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
