Likte hotellet godt. Super utsilt, super service og veldig sentralt med metro stasjon på andre siden av veien fra hotellet. Eneste som jeg ikke likte va den veldig harde sengen.

Really liked the hotel. It was clean and quite quiet for a city hotel. Bed and linen comfortable. Fantastic location - lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The steam room and sauna was a bonus.

A spacious room with a very uncomfortable bed. A foam topper or nice mattress pad would do wonders. The amenities of the hotel were great. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was a bit inconvenient- we made a reservation for tea and were turned away upon arrival because the reservation wasn’t made 48 hours in advance. That was a disappointment. But the morning breakfast served was enjoyable. I understand that is provided by a different service.

We stayed one night and ended up extending for two more nights. The hotel is centrally located and is right by the tram and train stops. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The food at the hotel restaurant is lovely. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Manchester in the future.

This was probably one of the best places we have stayed at. Everyone was extremely helpful as we were out of country guests. Everything was as pictured as far as room & hotel itself. The breakfast was amazing. Restaurant on site provided some of the best food we’ve ever eaten.

Lovely hotel stayed a few times. Only slight niggles - room was boiling and fan temerrure wouldn’t go down and strange clicking noise in room but very minor points

Exactly what we needed
Stayed here for Hyrox in Manchester and the location to the event was so close. Great coffee shop across the road and the wellness spa was a great find the night before the competition.

Disappointing
We like the hotel and have stayed there many times, but on this occasion we felt the room was tired looking and very disappointing....stains on the carpet and the skirting boat, carpet ripped etc....also no instructions on how to use the safe. Just little things that add up We have booked in again on February 8 and hope for much better

First visit - will not be the last
First start here and very impressed. Relatively spacious room on the 3rd floor with a comfy bed, good soundproofing and a nice layout. Very friendly staff at reception and the bar. Will definitely stay again.
