Nære Old Trafford
Bra plassering ift. Old Trafford og ligger rett med metroen for bytur ol. Bra renhold. Eneste minus er at de trakk 100 pund rett fra visakort uten å gi beskjed fordi sølte litt drikke på rommet.

We have had to charge a cleaning fee due to not being able to sell your room the next day due to the large stain on the carpet. Had something been said to a member of the team when it occurred we would have been able to clean this up in a timely manner and possibly combat this charge. Bra beliggenhet - harde senger
Ligger fint til hvis man skal på fotballkamp på Old Trafford. Rett ved trikken sommar deg til sentrum på 10 minutter. Veldig harde senger trekker ned noe.

Fotball på Old Trafford, 5-6 minutter og gå. Metroen er 150 meter unna. Bra service og fine rom. Delige senger. Hadde rom ut mot crickerbanen, stor deilig balkong.

Flott!
Det var en fryd å bo på Hilton Garden Inn. Fantastisk hyggelig personale, fine og komfortable rom, topp resturant med god mat,- dog kunne frokosten hatt flere ting å velge på. Ble desverre litt ensomformig etterhvert,- men det er jo en café ved resepsjonen og det var fint. Passe sentralt fra byen, tar ca 10 min med drosje,- men var rolige og ålreite omgivelser.

Bra alternativ, go standard
Hadde et greit opphold på dette hotellet. Hotellet ligger i umiddelbar nærhet til trikk, og på stasjonen får man kjøpt billetter til trikk på automat. Det tar 10-15 min med trikk til byen. Hotellet er nytt, rent og fint. Helt ok engelsk frokost, kunne gjerne vært et større utvalg. Har ingenting å utsette på servicen. Hotellet ligger nært old trafford, cirka 10-15 minutters gange. Ellers ikke så mange uteplasser i nærheten. Men bishops blaze finner man rimelig grei mat. På rommet finner man det man trenger; såpe, balsam, shampoo, body lotion, vannkoker, kaffe og te samt aircondition. Tv med masse kanaler.

Hyggelig hotellopphold.
Godt hotellopphold og god standard, som forventet. Meget sentral beliggenhet og enkel transport for alle som vil på Old Trafford. For de som har treningsbehov på hotellet var det et enkelt men bra treningsrom.

Supert hotell liggende rett ved tramstoppet Old Trafford, og Old Trafford stadion. Tips: Ta trammen fra flyplassen til Trafford centre, gå av, gå over til andre siden, og ta trammen til Old Trafford. 100 meter å gå fra dette stoppet til hotellet. Hyggelig personale, fikk sjekke inn tidlig. Fint og stort rom, fint og rent bad.

The car park attendants are really friendly! The hotel room was big, clean and the shower space was great. The fridge didn't work though. In the morning, we asked reception for some water and the receptionist directed us to the toilets which is disgraceful. I appreciate the bar was closed as it was breakfast time, but tap water should still be available. Thankfully his colleague got us some water after I asked a third time. How any hotel thinks it is acceptable to direct guests (or even non-guests) to the hotel lobby toilets for drinking water is beyond me!

Staff were Excellent and really helpful especially Phillip. We had a problem with the AC, first night was uncomfortably hot in the room AC had no option to be set lower than 19 degrees( I put my heating off at 18 degrees at home) the room was at 23 when we left for breakfast. We left it running whilst we were out hoping it would cool the room, we arrived back to find the room at 25 degrees. Called reception and were given the option to move to a room which a balcony so we could sleep with the door open. Overall hotel was lovely, clean, handy for city centre etc, amazing staff but let down by a relatively minor detail. Yes it was warm this weekend but not everybody like a roasting room, to have no option to set AC below 19 degrees is ridiculous.

Only issues were the cleanliness of the room. There was hair on the wall of the shower which I cleaned. Obviously no inspection of the cleaners was done as this would have been picked up. The shower head was poor as the water wasnt at all powerful even if you changed the settings. I also think the drain in the shower needs attention as the water took an age to drain. Apart from that we had a lovely time. The people were great and the hotel was ideally placed. Shame there was no cricket on for me to watch.

Easy walk to Old Trafford Stadium, tram stop in back for easy exploration & on site restaurant is good. Perfect for a weekend stay to attend a Manchester United home game.

Room was clean, however a decorative panel on the bed fell off onto my foot when I pulled the duvet open. I’m sure this was a one-off accident, and the team noted the need for repair. Great location with secure parking. Comfortable room.

Lovely hotel clean and tidy throughout staff are friendly and pleasant but a lot of building work going on around the hotel at the moment which isn't the hotels fault but can get noisy and dirty outside
