Gigantic home with 6 (or more) large, colonial-style air-conditioned rooms, each with it's own bathroom with hot water. Beds were comfortable, although the decor is a bit rustic and the TV's could use updating. The staff (guard and cook) were very nice and helpful. They helped in arranging transportation and making suggestions. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious--the best I've had at any hotel or house I've been at in Granada. There is a large dining/eating area, multiple large sitting areas, and even a garage. There's plenty of room for a large group of people to eat, meet, or whatever else. The home is right across the street from Merced church, and one of the nice things about it is that it's only a short 2-block walk to central park. Most of the rooms are adjacent to the outside, so there is some noise from the streets and church bells. The A/C in one room broke, but they fixed it right away. A pool would be a nice addition....the owner mentioned they will be installing a pool soon. If they had a nice pool and updated the decor and TV's, I think this could easily be a 5-star home. They didn't take credit cards when we booked, so we had to transfer cash to reserve the home, and take cash down to pay the balance. The price is very reasonable if you have a large group. It is almost like having a whole hotel to yourself.
