Completed in the fall of 2013, the stunning “4 Vents” villa is located just a few minutes’ walk from the enchanting beach at Cala Murada. From the house, the various outdoor terraces, and the garden, you’ll enjoy breathtaking ocean views—complete with the soothing sound of the gentle waves!

Even the spacious and high-ceilinged entryway makes you want to explore the house right away. In addition to a separate guest restroom, the entryway also features another storage area and the staircase leading to the upper gallery.

The first floor boasts a generously sized living room, where floor-to-ceiling windows allow the magnificent blue of the sea to flood into the home. The open-concept layout leads from the living room into the fully equipped luxury kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. From here, you can step out onto a covered outdoor terrace with a cozy dining area. Early risers can enjoy their first cup of coffee here while watching the spectacular sunrise—the sea is close enough to touch! Here, you can enjoy all your meals outdoors with your loved ones while taking in a breathtaking ocean view! Feel free to play your favorite music through the SONOS outdoor sound system.....
The living room also opens onto a spacious terrace, which invites you to linger with its sun loungers and an outdoor bed. Adjacent to the living room is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This bedroom also features its own covered terrace, which, with its cozy seating area, offers a wonderful and peaceful retreat. Of course, you won’t have to miss out on the ocean view here either...

The impressive staircase in the entryway leads to the upper gallery, which takes our guests to the three upper double bedrooms. All bedrooms boast fantastic ocean views and each has an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms in Villa ‘4 Vents’ are finished in marble and feature large stone-floored showers typical of the region. On hot summer nights, ceiling fans in every bedroom provide cool air in addition to the rising evening breeze. The two outer bedrooms also each feature a terrace with outdoor furniture that invites you to relax. From here, you can also enjoy the evening starry sky in a relaxed atmosphere. Counting the many shooting stars is a real pleasure.

The luxury villa “4 Vents” features an excellent Wi-Fi connection (1000-series fiber optic) as well as TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. A high-quality sound system ensures an enjoyable listening experience, allowing you to listen to music in the living room, the kitchen, the outdoor terrace, and the BBQ area. The same music everywhere—or a different song in each area, if you prefer!

A beautiful, large pool (12 x 4.5 m) awaits our guests in the garden. Various lounging areas in the pool area also provide that essential vacation feeling.
The adjacent BBQ house features a changing room with a shower and restroom. The outdoor kitchen with a grill offers the opportunity to prepare delicious meals with family and friends and enjoy them at the cozy, rustic outdoor table. Things tend to run a little late here…!!!

The luxury villa “4 Vents” is perfect even during the harsher seasons. Central underfloor heating and a fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. So you can enjoy the almond blossoms at the start of the year just as much as the start of training season for road cyclists and golfers in the spring. Or, in the fall and winter, leave the dreary daily routine behind and let the still-strong sun soothe your soul.

The villa’s safe is, of course, available free of charge and offers you the security you need to enjoy your vacation worry-free.

For the youngest members of the family, we can provide a crib and a high chair upon request.

We’ve also got your vehicles covered. The electrically locked and alarm-monitored double garage isn’t just for cars—it also offers secure storage for bicycles, strollers, golf equipment, and similar gear.

Villa ‘4 Vents’ has another highlight in store for our guests as they continue along Calle Lisboa. Cala Murada Bay is just a few minutes’ walk away. There you’ll also find a beach bar with a well-stocked snack menu. Even in the evening, the bar offers culinary surprises—occasionally featuring live music. Just a short distance further on, the town center
