«Wifi was not free which we thought when we booked. The same situasjon with breakfast ( which then was charged at nearly 40 dollars pr person) and the Information of this being included was one of the reason for selecting this resort. Currently construction going on in the area (day and nigh) which makes it noisy. They are supposed to finish this very soon. Nice ocean view from the balcony!»

«Everyday we got to explore another island which we were transported to by the staff with lunch and drinks towels and chairs and umbrella which they also set up thanks to Api. The room was amazing with indoor/outdoor bathroom. On our last night they prepared our soaking tub with bath oils and flowers. It was an amazing experience thanks to Fred our Captain and Asa our main concierge who made sure we had transportation back to the mainland for our early flight.»

«This is a resort for kids! Stay away if you are a couple! The privat bure we booked was not so private, with kids running around all the time. The service had lack of helpfullness and staff was mostly interested in kids. The resort itself was small, and the restricted adults only area was right next to the kids pool and play room - so no quiet time there either.
The food was the worst of all the places we stayed in at Fiji. With that said, probably a great place if you have kids. The bure felt ...

«Castaway Island was an absolutely wonderful place to stay for 7 nights with 2 kids (8 & 5yo). It was so incredibly relaxed, beautiful & fun. The staff somehow remembered our names which was amazing. I thought it was a Fijian thing, but at the next (fancier) resort we were reduced to madam & sir. Nothing was too much for the team. Once they even climbed a tree to cut a coconut for us.

«The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!»
