«This is a resort for kids! Stay away if you are a couple! The privat bure we booked was not so private, with kids running around all the time. The service had lack of helpfullness and staff was mostly interested in kids. «We stayed here for a week as part of our honeymoon. This is a great hotel with great service. The staff is very friendly, the rooms very nice and big (and we stayed in the cheapest option). «We have stayed multiple times at Castaway and this was by far the most disappointing. The staff were lovely as always, however the dining options were extremely disappointing. Being forced on some nights to have the buffet when all we wanted was a single dish each meant that dining was very expensive for a family of four. «Wifi was not free which we thought when we booked. The same situasjon with breakfast ( which then was charged at nearly 40 dollars pr person) and the Information of this being included was one of the reason for selecting this resort. Currently construction going on in the area (day and nigh) which makes it noisy. They are supposed to finish this very soon. Nice ocean view from the balcony!»
