moderne lite hotel
Lite moderne hotel midt i sentrum. Har ingen egen parkering så det kan bli litt avstand for å finne gateparkering. Liten men grei terrasse på taket. Hotellet var enkelt, men velholdt og hyggelig.

The WiFi didn’t really work the entire time. When we asked at the front desk they kind of just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do about it. A/C in room kept shutting off on its own, again they said there was nothing they could do. Not their fault but annoying: very loud concert behind the hotel until 3am, drunk teens making noise in hallways and slamming doors until 7am. Rough nights sleep

A superb gem I want to keep secret
A very late arrival due to airport problems. A lovely welcome by the night porter. An excellent room. Noisy bar opposite until 0400. Hotel immaculate, staff lovely. Breakfast a little disappointing, few choices but loads of alternatives within 5 minute walk.

Nice hotel
Overall a nice stay at this small hotel. Had the suite and the terrace was nice. The jacuzzi and sun beds that all guests could use was at the same level as the terrace and only divided by some curtains so not really a private terrace. The room was fine, a small fridge. Very few hooks and shelfs. The location was good, close to restaurants and beach. A bar at the street below was quite disturbing at night time.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are paramount. The hotel is very clean and as the name suggests has an air of calmness from the minute you enter inside. We enjoy it’s position being close to both the Square and the sea.

Great location. Wheelchair friendly. All staff- from cleaners to management friendly and attentive. Would stay here again.

Would love to come back here...
Very cool (not temperature!) contemporary and cosy place right in the centre and the sea is 1 minute walk. Staff very courteous. Place spotlessly clean. Lovely roof terrace for chilling out with all-round views, including the sea. The free Wifi was super fast. Only stayed one night but will definitely look at this place when I get the chance to stay longer. Good work guys!

The check in was very easy and smooth. All of the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and they were very accommodating and even made us coffee before breakfast was open because we were leaving early! Enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic find
Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Attention to detail. Very clean. Fabulous breakfast. In the middle of everything. 2 min walk to bus station.1 minute to beach. Rooms very well thought out and equipped. Can't fault it.

Calmness depends upon you as you walk through the door, the complimentary Cava helps! The building is situated in a central position in the Port and is kept in good condition. The breakfasts are exceptional and are cooked to your request. The bigggest asset of the hotel is the staff. They are superb. They can’t do enough for you and always have a pleasant demeanor.

Joli hôtel, décoré avec soin mais assez exiguë...
Cet hôtel est assez sonore: mauvaise insonorisation d’une chambre à l’autre; Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, la salle est petite et l’acces au buffet pas toujours facile. Il faut savoir aussi qu’il n’y a pas de parking privé et que si les abords sont gratuits, il n’est pas aisé de trouver une place.

Silver wedding anniversary overnight stay we were made very welcome and loved the fact the guy off reception came up to our room 5 mins after we arrived with 2 glasses of pink champagne and asked if everything was to our satisfaction and was there anything we needed extra pillows requested and again within 5 mins we had them staff were very friendly all the time would recommend and stay again

In questo hotel siamo capitati quasi per caso. Premetto che a noi piacciono molto i piccoli alberghi e non le strutture enormi. E' tutto molto accogliente, il presonale gentilissimo, la struttura a due passi dalla spiaggia, vicino ai ristoranti e ai locali di Port de Pollença. Pulito. Colazione ottima. Il bar è anche per non clienti dell'hotel ed è sempre frequentato. La sangria, preparata al momento, è una delle migliori che abbia mai assaggiato. Unica pecca i letti che potrebbero essere un pelino piú duri. Per chi è amante dell'idromassaggio, sul tetto c'è una vasca jacuzzi con vista. Quando torneremo a Port de Pollença sapremo in quale albergo soggiornare.

Superbe hôtel parfaitement situé
A notre arrivée un accueil souriant et chaleureux. Une chambre grande design et de qualité. Propreté irréprochable et confort de grande qualité (calme clim literie et douche italienne). Cocktail de bienvenue avec un prosecco de qualité (pas une piquette). Au départ un personnel aux petits oignons pour notre confort. Nous avons été enchantés et nous recommandons cet hôtel dans cette superbe ville balnéaire.
