Du får det du betaler for.
Du får det du betaler for! Veldig lytt, hørte at han/hun over oss kastet opp hver morgen når vi var på badet. Visste alltid når noen gikk i gangen,lytt ja! Banket noen på nabo døren, åpnet vi! Hele området var fullt av Tyskere mye ompa ompa, fyll og rai rai i gatene rundt hotellet. Hotellet hadde 6 forskjellige bygninger og flere bassenger å velge mellom. Rent og pent! Hyggelige ansatte som løftet hotellet positivt. Frokost helt ok.

Dirty and awful smell
When we arrived in our room in Sahara the ac didn’t work. Also it was a dirty towel and bucket underneath the ac because of the water that was dripping. It looked like muld from the roof. Overall the room was dirty and smelled awful. The door was open when we came and could not lock. We got transfers to another room in the same building that was dirty as well. After the first night we got transfers to Habana, a ok standard room. Breakfast is in two different locations, which was two different standard on the food and location. Ok breakfast, but not worth the money. The staff in the reception was at first not very helpful. The tried to excuse the first room with the climate in spain, and that that’s the reason for what we explained as muld, but for the reseptionist was climate affections. Not very helpful and for us it felt like a “fight” to get transferred to another facility.

Dårlig hotel med billig mat. Badekar var i ein forferdelig tilstand, emalje gikk av. Snacks var tørre brødskiver.

Nice and friendly
Good food and generally friendly staff. I stayed at the part of the resort called Rio, which was across the street from the main area, but in return recently upgraded it seams; super fresh, with a huge balcony. The biggest minus is that you have to pay for the wifi; it should be free in the commonual areas, as most other hotels around..

Die Unterkunft war nicht besonders sauber, aber auch bei weitem nicht so schlecht wie es in vielen Bewertungen stand. Ich habe nach dem Buchen die Bewertungen gelesen und mit dem schlimmsten gerechnet. Dafür wurde ich dann recht positiv überrascht. Wir waren eine Gruppe die hauptsächlich für den Partyurlaub da war. Die Entfernung zum Ballermann 6 ist total in Ordnung. Preis ist unschlagbar gewesen und im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war es dann auch wirklich voll in Ordnung. Ob ich nochmal dieses Hotel buchen würde, weiß ich allerdings nicht. Die „Haussicherheit“ geht absolut nicht, sehr aggressiv und eskalierend.

Wurden im 10 Uhr morgens vom Housekeeping angeschrien, dass wir gehen sollen. Checkout ist um 11 laut Buchungsbestätigung. Das Zimmer roch muffig nach Schimmel. An der Decke, Türen und Wänden schwarze Flecken. Generell ungepflegte Anlage, die darauf aus ist möglichst viele Zimmer zu verkaufen. Mit Qualität hat die Anlage nichts zu tun. Auch wenn man nur 30€ die Nacht gezahlt hat und zum Duschen/Schlafen dort war, ist Schimmel ein absolutes no-go. Das selbe Problem hatte ich letztes Jahr im selben Hotel. Werde dort nicht mehr buchen. Es interessiert sicherlich auch niemanden vom Management.

We spend 14 days all inclusive in this hotel. The price-quality ratio in this hotel is excellent. The breakfasts were good, nothing to complain about. The buffet lunch and dinner is versatile and quite good for the price. The hotel area is clean. Because we trained during the day, we went to bed early and on several nights there were disturbing sounds and noises late in the evening and at night. In any case, this is understandable in this hotel. The security guards at the entrance also gave a sense of security. At this price level, I would come again.

Sadly, I was getting a room in a elevated cellar level with many evidences of earlier moist problems - incuding mold/mould. In the hallway were a big mould spot that was not removed although I told about it twice. General conditions is worn but they seem to have done some renovating, though. Apart from that: fine stay.

The worst ever.
There's nothing good about this resort, its a 1star maximum. Our hotel was outside the resort with no security officer or receptionist, it looked like an abandoned place. The entrance was flooded, there was blankets to hold the water, buckets on the floor, only 1 elevator working in a weird maze of rooms, and the elevator in one of the nights had pee on it. People drunk, screaming and shouting in the hallways, you could literally hear them inside the room. The food had no quality, plastic cheese, the bread was horrible, the coffee was watery, the juice was more water than fruit, the eggs were the only good thing, my friend took a cup and there was a little bug in it. On top of that they closed 1 restaurant of the hotel because it was the "day off", in a hotel ? Who closes a restaurant of the hotel like that? We went for a drink in the bar, the barman was so rude and wanted to charge me only in cash because he needed deposit for the glasses, ridiculous a resort charge for the glass acrylic, in a resort trying to force us to use cash. The room had good furniture, the rest was falling apart. Paint, mold, infiltration, toilet seat was loose, the bathroom windows never have been cleaned, the shower temperature even though you tried to control it, it changed by itself constantly, extremely cold or hot. Both the bathroom and the room had only 1 light working each. The room service was as basic as changing towels, making the bed and emptying the trash, not even the floor was moped.
