The hotel is a family resort with a great location close to the fantastic Alcudia beach and the Albufera park. Nearby you can find similar hotels, a small selection of tourist shops, and a small playground.
The hotel is surrounded by several free parking areas, so it was really convenient to have a car. Nice starting point for trips.
The reception area is lovely, the receptionists were thorough and nice, as were the rest of the staff. Particularly, the cleaning was very good. It seemed like the staff enjoyed working at this hotel.
The room was nice and spacious, we had a family room in the 3rd floor of the main building, with a wonderful view of the garden and sea. The kitchen didnt have a kettle but you could heat water with a casserole.
We changed room on arrival - not a problem.
We had half board, the food was really nice, with plenty to choose from both for dinner and breakfast for even for a vegetarian and my 6 year old son. Wish there had been more outside tables, due to noise and business inside.
The pool area was ok, but my son was envious of the pirate-ship pool with slides on the neighbour hotel. We used mostly the beach, but when we went to the pool there was always a bed to rest on.
We didnt use the mini club or entertainment, due to language, or any exercise classes, but there was a lot going on.
All in all it was a very good hotel, well run and with a good atmosphere, with mostly German clients. I would go there again if I should go to Playa de Muro area.
