Beautiful 16th century house at your disposal
A beautiful hotel with a special atmosphere. A lot of space. Fantastic art all over. We hardly saw any other guests although it was fully booked. The roof terrace is marvellous. And the staff is very helpful and charming. The location completely quiet. And a short walk to everything. We stayed for five nights, and loved it.

Invester i suite
Vi reiste på parferie fem dager til Palma, og var positivt overrasket over gamlebyen og restaurantene -selv om det naturligvis er mye turister overalt. Hotellet var fantastisk fint, med super service og flotte fellesarealer. Det som derimot ikke var fint var dobbeltrommet vi fikk først. Det var veldig lytt, trangt og badet luktet fukt. Som sagt var servicen god, og vi fikk byttet til en flott suite istedet. Med kjennskap til denne standardforskjellen hadde vi ikke bestilt et dobbeltrom på hotellet (som forøvrig absolutt holdt mål).

Fantastisk trivelig hotell med super service
Fantastisk hotell med perfekt service. Beliggenheten er også veldig bra med kort vei til alt. Frokosten er også ekstra bra. Fin takterrasse med god utsikt. Betjeningen har virkelig interesse av å gjøre oppholdet spesielt. Anbefales!

Rolig atmosfære nær "det meste".
Fantastisk opphold med bare blide og imøtekommende ansatte. Frokost anbefales, selv om det ikke er inkludert i prisen. En fantastisk takterasse, bare den er verdt ett opphold. Vi skal tilbake!

Oppskrytt
Vi skulle være 7 dager på hotellet og synes rommet vi først fikk ikke samsvar med pris eller bildene når vi bestilte. Ved klage fikk vi byttet rom til et bedre! Alt koster ekstra penger ved hotellet, f.eks å benytte bassenget innendørs. Beliggenheten er super og Palma by kan anbefales, men vi velger et annet hotell neste gang.

This hotel is like an oasis of calm and tranquility in a bustling and vibrant city. It exudes elegance from the moment you enter the courtyard and the room didn’t disappoint- we stayed in the Royal Suite which has a private terrace with a view of the cathedral and King’s garden, a real gem of a find. The staff are so obliging, especially at breakfast which provides a real personal touch. The spa is a must, we had 2 hours of fun in the pool mixed with real indulgence and relaxation. Don’t want to come home!

Very unique boutique hotel, with exceptional staff. Everybody was super friendly and made sure we were feeling well. Vivaldi Suite was a very nice and spacious room. The private Spa was amazing and the breakfast probably the best we ever had. Thanks to the whole team!

A truly outstanding experience
We loved everything about this hotel. The building itself is just stunning - you are basically staying in a palace! The room was beautifully decorated with every provision you could ask for. The breakfast was lovely with so much choice. The very best thing about our stay was the staff - without exception, they were charming, friendly and helpful. Just go - you will not regret it!

Great location for stay
A really old beautiful hotel in old Palma - small number of rooms so not busy and chef cooks breakfast for you - which was very nice. Downside - the room we were in had very little sound proofing so could hear neighbours tv and doors etc so not so good if a light sleeper. But no road noise etc. Nice roof terrace with views of port and cathedral. We could walk to beach and restaurants and shops, museums etc easily.

A gem of a hotel, run by angels
A gem of a boutique hotel in Palma Mallorca, with delicate touches of care and beauty at every corner! The hostess was a fantastic human being, and the rest of the staff too. They cared about the environment, which made us delighted. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining room it was served in, couldn't be more beautiful. A very memorable experience for my wife and I, we have nothing but the best of wishes for them.

Treat yourself like Royalty in your own Palacio!
We had booked before but the room offered was not at all to our liking and they had no alternatives. However they were so nice about it that they arranged us to go to another hotel and gave us a light lunch on their delightful roof terrace whilst the transfer was arranged. So we thought we owed them another try. It was a wonderful experience as the staff could not do enough to ensure we had a comfortable time and the breakfast was amazing with the chef cooking anything you fancied to order in a truly bizarre yellow kitchen! Unfortunately the spa was closed as they had recently had a fire in the basement which was not advised to us by Hotels.com at the time of booking and should have been. If you want a special antique boutique hotel ideally placed in Palma then this is it!

Brilliant service and beautiful hotel.
Amazing hotel. Really helpful concierge. Recommended restaurants and bars which were some of the best I've been to In Palma and Majorca. Great position very close to everything aswell. Flexible with parking (very useful for an area with little parking) and check out. The room was clean and the facilities are brilliant. Great views over the city. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Palma. Couldnt reccomend it enough..

Living old Palacio life in old Town Palma!
Beautiful and elegant old palace turned into hotel only recently. Big rooms, amazing and helpful service. Roof top deck is great place to have a drink and just hang out in the lounges. Staff encourages you to use the kitchen, dining rooms, etc. Make it like your own.

Lovely stay
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Service was above expectations, lovely staff who were so helpful. Beautiful having breakfast on the terrace with amazing views. Only problems we had were that parking in the hotel difficult - access is from a very narrow lane and through a narrow gateway. Trying to get out we got a huge scratch on our hire car! This was our fault though as the lady on reception did offer to drive the car out for us.

Sehr individuell, sehr schön die Möglichkeit die früheren privaten Räumen zu nutzen. Habe gerne dort gegessen, was indivuduell vom Koch zubereitet wird. Super Lage in der Altstadt mit herlichem Blick auf den Hafen und die Kathedrale.

部屋は狭く空調も悪く効きません！宿泊中水も出ない事もありました！また水の提供すらありませんしなんと言っても最悪だったのは部屋蟻が出てきて痒い！クレーム入れても満室との返事、でもネットで調べると空きがありしかもわたし達が予約した金額の半額以下！挙句の果てには予約入れて頼んだタクシーも来ず待たされるしまつ！

As you know, we are a small hotel with only 12 rooms, an old charming palace that tries to respect the traditions and architecture of the XVIIth century, trying to stay faithful and true to the ways in which the noble houses of Mallorca were built and lived in. Therefore, our goal is to maintain this character, we cannot change the structure of the building even if we want to, since it is part of the heritage of the old town of Palma, and very protected.
