Hi, first of all- pictures from your website are something what we was expecting- but reality was something different! Rom,furniture, cleanes of the rom was on very low lever - definitely not 4**** Thanks good we didn't paid for full pension- we paid just had breakfast which was very low based, with not big choice My wife have a gluten allergy- there was nothing gluten free on breakfast buffet- no allergies marking on food - after we ask EVERY SINGLE MORNING for gluten free bread- they give us after 15-20 min of waiting ( we have a 15 months old baby) so .. waiting in restaurant every day so Long quit stressing for kid.. staff do Not speak English ( mostly) Every single night party for small kids from 21:00 up til 23:00 ??? So loud music that even adults can not filing comfortably !

Flott ferie for hele familien på Marina Playa
Var familie på 9 personer med 3 barn, spedbarn samt 6 og 8 år. Bodde i blokk 2 - flott utsikt over bassenget og havet. Veldig stille mellom leilighetene, som var utrolig koselige. Fantastisk uke med halv pensjon, mye god mat. Til lunsj valgte vi en av de fine steder langs stranden. Hver kveld var det nye flotte show, som hele familien koste seg med. Barneklubb deltok ungene ikke på, det foregikk på tysk. Men fantastisk med 4 bassenger, masse aktiviteter der. Og så var personalet utrolig flinke å holde det rent.

Where do I start! The evening we arrived we were put into the block across from the reception. The apartments were old / crusty/ smelled of damp badly, with ants crawling everywhere. Definitely not what was advertised on their website. I seen a sign in the elevator the next day for €20 per day for an upgrade. We went with that option and got relocated to the 4th floor to another apartment. It was lovely and big and renovated. It was like being in a different hotel. The restaurant on the ground floor was like feeding time at the zoo, it was so busy and uncomfortable. We found the adults only restaurant on the top floor, which was heaven, defiantly 4 star dinning. It was never mentioned to us at reception that this facility was an option. The food was of high quality and always something to eat. The hotel inside was very clean. It was a very well run hotel. The entertainment was geared towards under 7's, there was not much to entertain 16 year old's and we found ourselves wandering down the town most evenings, which was a pity. You could not get a sun bed past 9pm in the morning, although most were not occupied till the afternoons. The pool area was very busy, it was like a creche. If you have kids under 7, i would say its a great option. if you are adults only, its also a lovely option as the adults only sun bathing area on the top floor has hot tubs, a bar and leather beds and the restaurant is fab, once you dont mind not having any entertainment in the evening.

Dear Mrs. Graham, thank you for taking the time to write this review. You booked a standard 1 bedroom flat, so you had a room without pool view. We are sorry to hear that it was not to your liking, the photos of the room are exactly as shown on our website. Fortunately we had availability and were able to offer you another room of a higher category. We regret that the reception did not inform you properly, we have 2 restaurants. One of them is for adults only. Regarding the animation, it is true that it is more focused on children than on teenagers. We will forward your comments to the hotel manager and he will take into account all the points you have written. In short, the Marins Playa is a very family friendly hotel and perhaps we should have offered you the Marins Suites, a quieter hotel, with sea view and for adults only. If you book this hotel you have the possibility to use the facilities of the Marins Playa as well. Should you visit us again we will be happy to personally recommend the hotel and room that best suits your needs. Kind regards from Cala Millor.

My son had the best time, great entertainment for kids: multiple play area's, fantastic swimming pool and the animation team spoke Dutch, German, English 😊 Restaurant was perfect for our family, a lot of options! You could choose if you wanted to sit outside, inside or something in between. The only downside about the vacation was those anoying people placing towels around the pool very early in the morning (reserving the daybeds eventhough some of them only attend the pool in the afternoon). Sometimes they occupy extra daybeds for little kids (that never even sit on the sunbeds), pretty selfish and scandalous. Eventhough this is not the hotels' fault, I hope that they will try to prevent that in the future and take away all towels of unattented sunbeds. 😊

Great family hotel. Full of Germans but it was not an issue. We meet nice people and all the team is great! Feels an little pressed during breakfast (when you almost just finished your plate they take your plate) but anyway it was a great experience and we recommend this hotel for holidays.

Wir waren im Oktober im Marins Playa. Wir hatten im Gebäude 2 ein Appartment, was wirklich toll war. Super Aussicht auf den Pool und kleine Meersicht. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber. Am Personal kann man nichts meckern. Absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war gut, ich habe lediglich Chorizowürste vermisst:-) Das Büffet war vielseitig und hat geschmeckt. Das Abendprogramm für Kinder war gut gelungen. Die Animateure lassen sich praktisch jeden Abend was neues Einfallen (Grease, Peter Pan, Halloween etc.) und die Kinder spielen da mit. Genial. Wir Eltern sassen dann dort und konnten unsere Cocktails geniessen:-) Der Pool war sicher kühler als das Meer, jedoch okay, da wir fast 26-29° Lufttemperatur hatten. Rundum gesagt...gelungene Ferien wie man sich es wünscht.

Sehr schöne Poolanlage. Sehr harte "Matratzen" wenn man diese als Matratzen bezeichnen kann. Dusche kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden, mangelhafte Sauberkeit. Essen war oftmals nicht heiß und die Auswahl war meistens jeden Abend ähnlich.

Das Hotel ist sehr groß, es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer war okay von der Größe, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, man kann die Fenster schlecht auflassen über Nacht, da im Flur die ganze Nacht das Licht brennt. Zu kippen geht es auch nicht. Animation war ganz gut, Spielplatz für so ein großes Hotel zu wenig. Essen okay, gut war das es keine abgepackte Butter gab, sondern man sich abschneiden musste. Ansonsten doch sehr viel mit Plastikflaschen.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer werden nicht vernünftig renoviert. Wir hatten durch unsere Flitterwochen ein “Upgrade” in den Keller des Marins playa suites neben dem Putzraum bekommen, da das andere Hotel überbucht war. fing es im Bad schrecklich nach Kläranlage an zu stinken so dass man nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Es war so doll dass man bei betreten des Bades nicht atmen konnte ohne Brechreiz zu bekommen. An der Rezeption wurde uns nicht geglaubt und die Chefin wollte sich den Gestank auch nicht anschauen. Uns wurde für 20€ ein Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk angeboten. Das top Zimmer des Hotels ist staubig und es bricht nach und nach alles auseinander. Statt Geld zu zahlen hätten wir eine Entschädigung wegen Körperverletzung vom Hotel bekommen müssen! Ich Reise sehr viel aber so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Das ist meine erste schlechte Bewertung.

Sie hatten ein Apartament gebucht ins Marins Playa und wir haben Sie ein suite in marins Playa Suites gratis angeboten ohne einige Zuschlag und ohne die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ zu zahlen. Am ersten Tag haben Sie uns gar nichts von Geruch nach Kläranlage gesagt. Am zweiten Tag haben Sie uns erst informiert dass Sie unzufrieden waren und Sie ein Zimmer in höhere Etage wollten haben. Wir haben Sie dann das Apartament die Sie gebucht haben in obere Etagegegeben. Hier haben wir Ihnen #1402 gegeben. Sie haben aber selber um gebeten um in Marins Playa Suites gegen den Zuschlag von 20€ pro Nacht zu bleiben. Sie hatten uns nie informiert dass Sie mit dem Zimmer auf den fünften Stock nicht zufrieden waren, sonnst hätten wir Ihnen ein andere Apartament oder ein andere Zimmer angeboten. Wir verstehen dass das für Sie unangenehm war und wir möchten uns ausdrücklich bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Ihre Meinung ist von wesentlicher Bedeutung, damit wir uns weiter verbessern können. The structure was family-friendy and very closed to the center of Cala Millor. The food at dinner can be improved!

Fantastic family holiday!
We had a lovely time and really enjoyed all aspects of our stay. The superior twin room with a pool view was great and really spacious. The double balcony was also fantastic. One negative point was the air conditioning. It was ok in the living/kitchen area but not very good at all in the separate bedroom. The pool area and outdoor restaurant/bar was very good and the kids loved it. The on site supermarket was brilliant and very convenient. Location wise the hotel is perfect. Very close to the beach and lots of amazing local restaurants. Overall a excellent family holiday!

The people were friendly and helpful. The pool and the food were fantastic. The room was clean and the amenities were excellent. They need to add new machines to the gym.
