Litt skuffet
Det positive først: God frokost med bra utvalg. Bassengområde/uteområde er bra. Også greit treningsrom til å være et hotell. Det er kort vei til strender og spisesteder fra hotellet. Mye koster ekstra på hotellet: f.eks safen på rommet, bagasjeveiing. Du må også betale depositum på badehåndkle, og vil du ha det vasket/nytt så må du betale. Rommet vi fikk lå i første etasje (rommene kan selvsagt oppgraderes mot en avgift). Det var noen flekker på sengeteppe og på vegger, men ellers rent nok. Aircondition virket ikke som den skulle (blåste bare luft uten nedkjøling) og bråkte innimellom en del. Prøvde å varsle, men fikk lite respons av resepsjonisten. Kunne heller ikke ha balkongdør åpen siden det var gate med biltrafikk utenfor, samt at det er en del flystøy. Det var heller ingen skikkelig utlufting fra bad som igjen gjorde at det kunne bli ganske fuktig. Vi prøvde ikke lunsj eller middag på hotellet, men drinkene vi prøvde var ikke all verden. Vi skulle også ha fått en vip-gave ved innsjekk, men den kunne vi se langt etter.

We are very very sorry to learn that a couple of things were not up to par with your expectations during your last visit. We offer at our JS Hotel early check In and late Check Out which are two services we have apart from what guests pay per night.If a guest arrives very early in the morning and wishes to occupy the room before 14h,we offer early Check In. If the departure is very late, one can also pay extra to stay in the room until 18h. All this ONLY if there is availability. In case the hotel is fully booked, we do not offer these services. Clients of the WEB JS have access to late Check Out for free due to availability.With regard to the A/C A we unfortunately have had technical problems during a couple of weeks, we are extremely sorry about. We depended completely on external services including spare parts; coming from the continent. It takes time until the part arrivesAgain, we are very sorry about any inconvenience this may have caused.With best wishes,the entire JS Hotels Team

Flott hotell veldig nære stranden. Svømmebassenger både ute og inne, mange solsenger. Bar i bassenget. God frokostbuffet med masse bra mat og kaker. Mange gode barer og resturanter i nærheten, og kort vei til bussen til Palma

Nice Hotel by the beach
Nice Hotel with perfect location, right next to the beach. Good food, could have had more glutenfree options for dinner, but overall good food. There are bus connections to Palma city 5 minutes away, so thats easy. The Hotel is open for dogs, so there can be some noise at time when dogs are left alone at the room. And they are not gathered in one place at the Hotel, all the rooms are used. So if you are allergic this is not the hotel for you. Great pool area aswell, but very crowded.

Anbefales, tross noen småting.
Har vært på samme hotell to år på rad og de leverer stort sett. I år slet vi litt med AC på rommet, men de utbedret den relativt raskt. Vi hadde Junior Suite og forventet enkel service som påfyll av kaffekapsler hver dag, men det måtte vi be om. I bassengbaren er det topp stemning, men de selger øl under beskrivelsen 0.5l men i realiteten får du en 0.4. Kun prinsipielt viktig for oss. Ellers er hotellet fint, rent, frokosten er bra, treningsrommet funker og det ligger nærme stranden og det som er verdt å få med seg i Can Pastilla. Noen småting som alltid kan bli bedre, men anbefaler stedet likevel varmt.
