Utrolig flott hotell å område. Absolutt anbefalt! Det eneste negative var butikkene i nærområdet var tilnærmet norske priser og det var ikke mulig å prute på noe som helst, virket som de var lei turister.

Flott hotell med fantastisk mat, uten egen strand
Flott hotell med fantastisk mat. Både frokost, lunch i poolbaren og middagen var av MEGET høy kvalitet. Det eneste hotellet mangler er umiddelbar nærhet til en strand og aller helst en egen strand. Man må benytte den offentlige stranden som ligger ca 5 min gange fra hotellet. Naboområdet et typisk "syden sted" med lite spennende butikker og restauranter. Totalt sett et ok valg for en familieferie. Enkleste måte å ta seg dit er å leie bil på flyplassen.

Ha estado genial, ya que la suite que reservamos era fantástica, como un apartamento para 2 hecho hotel. La comida buenísima, es lo que más nos ha gustado, de todo y muy variado. Una cena y un desayuno que hemos disfrutado como nunca. Como parate que se podía mejorar, y recordando que hablamos de un 5 estrallas, en mi opinión falta el servicio de acompañamiento a las habitaciones, y el spa nos ha parecido pequeñisismo, una piscina principal nada más, muy buena sauna, pero se hechaba de menos más elementos, estaba lleno de gente por lo que acceder a chorros, burbujas, etc era muy difícil y un poco más de temperatura. Pero por lo demás, todo fantástico. Y el precio muy bueno para esa habitación con cena y desayuno. Una pena el spa.

The building is beautiful but feels old-fashioned and sparsely furnished, giving it an empty and ghostly atmosphere. Despite its quietness, you were consistently awakened at 8am by pool bar cleaning or noise from ping-pong players near your room. The hotel's location is set back from the beach and town center, situated on a busy route with traffic noise. It's also far from a suitable part of the beach for swimming. The pool is large but shallow, more like a giant paddling pool. Water cleanliness is an issue, as debris accumulates throughout the day. Entertainment is lacking, with minimal adult and child activity slots, and the activity leader isn't proficient. The "mini disco" is disappointing, lacking choreography. While the food is decent, there isn't much variety, especially for non-meat options, and the poolside food is subpar. Considering the price, including a high child supplement of €100 per night per child, the value for money is low. An incident with children's entertainment reveals poor service: painting on Hipocampo t-shirts resulted in an unexpected €10 charge per t-shirt, not clearly communicated beforehand. This lack of transparency and staff inflexibility are unsatisfactory for a supposedly 5-star hotel.

Booked at short notice for 3 nights. Lovely hotel we were upgraded to a suite. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We only booked bed and breakfast. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Hotel grounds were in good condition. Despite being fully booked we had no trouble getting sun beds by the pool. Absolutely perfect short break and we will come back.

Notre dernier sejour dans cet hotel
Bel hotel et jolie pisicne. Nous sommes restées une nuit et suite a un probleme nous n'avons pas ni d'eau ni d'electricité a partir de 6h du matin. Impossible donc daller aux toilettes, de se doucher, de charger nos telephones, de boire un cafe... le personnel ne l'hotel ne nous a donne aucune explication ni offert une quelquonque remise sur norre sejour (ni offert nos consommations qui s'elevaient a 15€)! Pour un 5 etoiles nous nous attendions a un meilleur service.

Ein Hotel älteren Jahrgangs, in dem man sich dennoch sehr wohlfühlen und erholen kann. Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Auswahl groß, das Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich, umsichtig und fleißig. Die Zimmer sind recht gemütlich, jedoch die Bäder schon überholungsbedürftig, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Poolanlage ist groß, wirkte aber leider ein wenig trostlos. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen, würde auch jederzeit wieder kommen, aber wer es supermodern mag, ist hier fehl am Platz.
