Fint opphold med fantastik beliggenhet
Flott opphold med flott beliggenhet . Servicen ble bedre etter hvert. Savnet roomservic, og piccolo som tok hånd om bagasjen Frokosten var et minus, store upersonlige lokaler med høy akustikk. Kunne ønske uteservering.

Har vært bedre plasser ja!
Først hadde de overbooket, så vi måtte ta turen til et hotell i nabolaget. Hadde betalt ekstra for sjøutsikt, fikk null utsikt - og måtte klage oss til å få bytte rom. Da så vi sjøen fra terrassen. Rommene var utrolig merkelig utformet og triste. Kunne vært stilig. Forsøkte å spørre i resepsjonen om turforslag, men fikk beskjed om at de kun jobbet for hotellet. Kelnerne i restauranten var derimot veldig service minded, selv om de var veldig stressende der de fjernet tallerkene før du var ferdig med maten. Nå det er sagt hadde vi en flott tur. Vannvittig flott natur. Drar ikke tilbake til dette hotellet, men gjerne til Mallorca :))

Flott hotell med fin utsikt.
Hotellstandarden var veldig bra. Flott utsikt og alle hotellrommene har havutsikt. Ellers var det hjelpsom betjening og rolig og fin atmosfære på hotellet. Stor og bra frokostbuffet hadde de også. Hotellet ligger ca 20 min gange fra Peguera som hadde fine strender. Hotellet tilbød også shuttlebuss til og fra Peguara frem til kl 17. Det gikk fint å komme seg inn til Palma med buss, bare litt synd at siste buss fra Palma og tilbake går kl 21.

et veldig godt alternativ til standard charter-tur
En flott standard for en ganske rimelig penge! Med to barn leide vi familierom på 50m2. For samme pris som en chartertur (kjøpte charter "kun fly"billett) fikk vi en mye bedre standard, og en ferie med ro! Dette er noe helt annet enn støyen i bassengområdet i "Lollo-Bearney-land"! Frokosten var super! Litt skuffende at la-carte-restauranten ikke var åpen. Vi ble lei menyen i baren... Shuttlebussen til Peguera burde gå oftere (kl10-11-16-17). Alternativet var taxi til 5 euro eller 20min. gåtur. PS ingen kjøkkenfaseliteter; ikke engang vannkoker/kaffe, bare en minibar på rommet. Vær oppmerksom på at dette er i et veldig tysk turistområde. Mange spanjoler kunne tysk, men ikke engelsk... Kan trygt anbefale dette hotellet!

Tolles Hotel, leckeres Frühstück und ein ein schöner Blick vom kleineren erwachsenen Pool über die Bucht. Die Suiten im „The Club“ sind groß und modern, mit Meerblick. Leider benötigt man einen Mietwagen, da das Hotel sonst etwas weit vom Ort weg ist. Das Bier am Pool ist mit 8€ für 0,4 L aus dem Plastikbecher auch für 5 Sterne absolut übertrieben. 🙁

Preis-Leistung: OK (350€ Übernachtung/ Frühstück) Luxushotel: nein Es ist ein gutes Hotel, Zimmer sehr schön neu renoviert, auch die komplette Anlage erneuert, allerdings merkt man an einigen Stellen (z. Bsp. Saunabereich), dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Personal nett, aber nicht überdurchschnitzlich um die Gäste bemüht, eher zurückhaltend, so dass man das Personal kaum bemerkt. Das ist aber grundsätzlich, auch in den Luxushotels, ein großes Thema auf der Insel gutes Personal zu finden. Traumhafter Blick über das Meer, allerdings das Hotel nur mit Mietwagen zu empfehlen, um Mobil zu bleiben. Das Publikum ist gut. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber. Pool mit Kind 3 Jahre vollkommen ausreichend. Frühstück ok, aber nich wow. Den Kaffe muss man sich selbst aus dem Automaten holen. Abendessen: wir haben dort nicht gegessen, da die Bewertungen nicht so gut waren. Das wurde uns auch von den Gästen so berichtet. Mit 40€/ Person nicht gerade günstig für die Leistung. Vorher im Maritim 20€/ Person und wirklich gutes Essen - an dem Punkt muss das Hotel auf jeden Fall was machen!!! Eine Frechheit ist auf jeden Fall 6€ am Pool für ein abgepacktes Standardeis zu verlangen...

El personal es muy amable y hace lo mejor que puede, tuvimos una tormenta terrible el 26/8 que dejó el hotel sin electricidad durante 12 horas, sin iluminación de emergencia, tuvimos que encontrar nuestra habitación en la oscuridad porque nuestros móviles se quedaron sin batería. , tuvieron que comprar bebidas, no se ofreció comida a los invitados que no cenaron, no hubo entregas de comida para llevar debido a la tormenta, ¡no hubo organización para este tipo de problemas! ¡El desayuno servido era normal! En general, este no es un hotel de 5 estrellas, la comida alrededor de la piscina era la mejor y debería ofrecerse más tarde de las 6 p.m.

There where problems with the power supply during 14 hrs and the management did no suggestion for any compensation due to not being able to give the service we paid for. We had to go out for dinner because of this even though we had paid for the dinner in the hotel.

Dear Customer Service Team, hope you are well. Due to the heavy storms and winds that we have been experiencing last Sunday, there has been a breakdown in the external electrical network. The weather conditions have caused damage to various electrical infrastructures all over the southwest of Majorca, leading to the interruption of electricity supply in several areas around the complex from 11:00 AM to 00:48 AM. These incidents have caused an overload on the electrical generator, resulting in its collapse after several hours of operation. This has led to the lack of electricity, water supply, as well as the depletion of the batteries supporting the complex's computer systems. Our technical and emergency teams have been working tirelessly to assess and repair the damages as quickly as possible. Coordinating at all times with local authorities to provide support and assistance in repairing the infrastructure. The damages and adverse weather conditions have caused the repair time to fully restore the electrical supply to be longer than expected. This force majeure, caused that we couldn't honour many of our services for this day. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Poolbar too expensive and no real lunch options around. About cleaning: staff entered room already wearing plastic gloves and hand washed glasses and cups. Can’t imagine where those gloves been before. Needless to say, didn’t use the glasses/cups for the remainder of our stay.

Great Hotel if you have a rental car
Fantastic hotel and fantastic rooms. Even though not part of the hotel we recommend the nearby "Cotton Club" for dinner (also with kids). The breakfast and the food at the pool bar was very good. The other lunch/dinner restaurants were average. The only thing that stands out as negative was the location (not view wise - it was fantastic) since you need a car. The shuttle you can use once an hour but if you need a taxi, it is out of control. You cannot rely on the taxi service, and you can be standing waiting for 45 minutes since other party's going to the airport will be more attractive for the taxi drivers. A recommendation for the Hotel is to make sure that all taxis are booked in your name - it should not be up to the taxi drivers to pick and choose who they will drive. Finally, the personnel where fantastic and helpful and gave you kids a lot of attention.

although the property itself is well maintained it shows some signs of age; the pool is nice and the greens are kept well and sufficient sunbeds are available (I was positively surprised about the non-existence of this unfortunate towelbased bed reservation attitude) - staff was welcoming and overall very nice; we disliked that certain things are charged beyond reasonable: pack of crisps at 8€, Balinese bed need reservation for min €75/day (up to 150), 25/night extra for baby bed although we booked a room for 2 1; this rather seems as a rip-off and sheds some shadow at the otherwise nice hotel

A bit away from the airport but in a really great area. Very quiet, clean and the staff were excellent. There is a good beach about 2 kilometers or so away in the next town. I believe they have a shuttle that goes there but we had a rental car and it was really easy to get to. Breakfast was great and the evening buffet was as well but a bit on the expensive side but worth it if you are hungry. I would recommend this place.

I stayed at the Hilton this week (6-9 th June) having booked on the basis of the profile and great experience in the Hilton Tulum I seemed a great option. I booked a suite, upon arrival there was only 1 member of staff (11pm) and I was asked to find / make my own way to the room. In a vast building that was not a great start. The room, a suite was dreadful. Located in the lighthouse building on floor 5. It was pitch black, no natural light, balcony was covered in moss and sludge with waste water running on to it. Despite asking to be moved I was offered a same suite or downgraded to standard room. Ironically the standard room was far nice with a great view towards the bay. However, Hilton refused to credit me for downgrading from a suite to standard. Good in general is also very, very basic. Rude staff in the restaurant who told me to leave for wearing flip flops (despite guests walking round in sandals - clearly no sense in the rules). Food standard was also dreadful. For a 5 star property it was more like a basic buffet or harvester in the uk. The property is not 5 star, it’s very old and dated. Lovely swimming pool area and views from the pool side I would say. However, if you’re expecting 5 star it is more 3 plus. Beware if booking and seeking luxury, it is not luxury at all. Also prepare for pretty bang ordinary service. Shame as this really had influenced my decision not to use Hilton again.

Sehr schönes Hotel allerdings etwas abgelegen. Bis Palma sind es ca. 30 Autofahrminuten - ohne Mietauto etwas mühsam. Anlage ist großartig, sehr sauber und bietet jeglichen Luxus! Schade war - ich habe extra ein Mail an das Hotel geschrieben wegen einem Zimmer mit Sea View - und bei der Ankunft danach gefragt. Mitarbeiterin hat mir die Aussicht bestätigt - Zimmer war dann allerdings mit Blick auf einen Hinterhof! Nachdem wir aber nicht viel im Hotel waren habe ich deswegen nicht urgiert
