Would recommend
Nice hotel close to the beach, mini golf, restaurants and shops. Nice pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable. Clean room. Effective air conditioning was a big plus. No fridge to keep beverages cold. Not so good sound isolation between rooms

Bad single room
Ordered a single room because I traveled alone. The pictures of the room looked nice, size ok and with a balcony. Got a small room basically in the basement of one of the hotel buildings with a tiny window and door straight out to the pool. The smell in the room was terrible. Asked to change my room, but the hotel was full so that was not possible. The breakfast buffet was small, not much to choose from. Not allowed to take fruit out of the buffet. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Pool area was clean and had enough sunbeds.

If it was possible, we have kindly changed you to another room that fitted better your needs. Regarding the breakfast, we are sorry if it was not to your liking. The variety of our products was increased in this service. However, we will take note of your feedback in order to improve our service. It is strictly forbidden to take any of our food products out of the buffet. Hit vil jeg dra tilbake!
Overraskende bra hotell! Rolig, behagelig og superfint bassengområde. Meget god frokost. Vi var litt uheldige og fikk noen bråkete naboer et par netter, av den grunn fikk vi kompensasjon på gratis sen utsjekk dagen vi skulle hjem, så det var veldig bra! Hyggelig personale og vaskepersonell. Sjekka også etter veggdyr når jeg kom og fant ingen. Hit vil jeg dra tilbake! Kort vei ned til strand og restauranter i fine og rolige Palmanova. Også bare en spasertur unna Magaluf om man vil feste eller om man vil til marineland for å se delfin show.

3 stjerners hotell som godt kunne vært 4.
Var der en uke etter skolestart hadde et dobbeltrom første natt. Ikke store rommet og med en lite balkong og ikke kjøleskap eller dertil minibar. Oppgraderte til leilighet neste dag og kom til en helt annen opplevelse. Mye plass med kjøkken og stor veranda. En meget stor forskjell med tanke på liten prisforskjell. Bassengområdet har mange nok senger og god plass selv om hotellet var nesten fullt. Renholdet kunne vært bedre enkelte dager med tanke på gulvvask og mye støv på veranda. Standarden kunne godt oppfylt 4 stjerner. (De har 3 i dag) Grei lokalitet og beliggenhet i forhold til strand og promenade med mange gode restauranter. Service var også meget bra.

Koselig hotell Palmanova
Vi ankom sent på natten og fikk et kjeller rom uten terrasse/balkong og vinduer. Fikk byttet dette raskt dagen etterpå til et meget fint rom med stor balkong og deilig sjøutsikt. Bra service og god frokost. Beliggenheten var fin og sentral, med nærhet til sjøen og stranden. Kan anbefale dette hotellet.

Opphold i juli
Hotellets lokasjon var bra med tanke på kort avstand til strand, restauranter og kiosk. Hotellet i seg selv har god standard, er moderne og rent. Bassengområdet; bassenget var ikke 100% rent, det burde vært renset hver dag, eller rengjort oftere, utover det var det mange solsenger tilgjengelig og godt utvalg av mat og drikke i bassengbaren. Minus for at det ikke ble ryddet av border ved strandstolene oftere. Frokostbuffet; godt utvalg av mat og drikke, personalet var veldig høflige og hyggelige. Rommene: altfor lytt, mye støt fra naborommene, dunking sent på kvelden - hørtes ut som noen pusset opp eller støvsuge, samt at noen festglade løp i gangene, her måtte gjestene selv si ifra. Ingen informasjonsbrosjyrer på rommet, derav visste vi ikke nummeret til resepsjonen og måtte en dag gå ned igjen og si ifra om at rommet ikke var rengjort da vi kom tilbake på ettermiddagen. Heller ingen kjøleskap på rommet - dette bør komme på plass. Ellers er rommene romslige, rene og freshe, airvondition funker bra. Dårlig ventilasjon på badet og vannet renner riktignok ut fra dusjen og utover baderomsgulvet pga dårlig fall i gulvet, så vi brukte håndklærne for å tørke etter hver dusj. Resepsjonen var vi svært lite i, men personalet virkeræt hyggelige og behjelpelige. Bra hotell til den prisen vi betalte!

Gute Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hotels. Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch der Stand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nicht gefallen hat mir die Ausstattung der Zimmer. Die Bettdecken sind gewöhnungsbedürftig und fühlen sich kratzig an. Der Zimmerservice war eine Katastrophe. Um Ressourcen zu sparen, haben wir nur zwei mal um Zimmerservice gebeten. Beim ersten Mal wurden nur die Handtücher getauscht. Beim zweiten Mal, wurde einfach gar nichts gemacht. Wer also Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, sollte lieber ein anderes Hotel aufsuchen. Zudem ist die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer wohl kaputtgegangen, sodass es immer sehr warm war. Durch den Fliesenboden in Flur wurde man immer wieder vom Koffergeklacker geweckt und das Echo der Akkustik im Flur hat auch genervt!

Hôtel sympa
Hôtel sympathique pour les vacances. Quelques nuits bruyantes par des personnes de la communauté Allemandes, qui ne respectent pas le respect d’autrui. 10 mins walking to Palmanova Beach. Only street parking. Pool closes at 6pm, pretty bad if sunset is around 10pm. Room cleaning should improve considerably. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
In generale un buon albergo pulito, ordinato e recente. Ho alloggiato nell'hotel appena fuori stagione e non c'era il pienone. La colazione internazionale è di buon livello 1/3 dolce/frutta 2/3 salato, credo che in piena stagione la sala risulti piccola per un gran flusso di persone. Abbiamo noleggiato un auto che abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare fuori e per 2 sere ho fatto fatica a trovare parcheggio

En general hemos estado muy bien en el hotel, en lo que concierne ubicaciòn y habitaciones. Relaciòn calidad precio òptima. Destacaría en positivo la ambilidad del personal en desayuno, el desayuno en sí, muy completo y abondante. Por otro lado, la limpieza en el baño no se ha realizado en tres noches, al menos el pavimento tenía las mismas huellas que dejamos el primer día. Las toallas no fueron cambiadas aunque dejáramos una para cambiar, y éramos 3 en la habitaciòn. En general es una zona tranquila, aunque la última noche en el hotel se escuchaba gente gritar, golpes en las puertas etc, y eso durò muchas horas.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. A shame the pool closed at 6pm as peak summer it was still boiling hot. The apartment just needed a toaster but all good otherwise.

Aux premiers abords l’hôtel semble très accueillant, propre et bien décoré. Comment dire que nous sommes tombées de 4 étages lorsque nous sommes rentrées dans la chambre et que nous avons vu la propreté des lieux. Les toilettes étaient sales, la douche aussi et nous avons trouvé au moins trois longs cheveux au sol. Lors des 9 nuits que nous avons passé dans cet hôtel, bien trop cher pour ce que c’est, nos draps n’ont été changé qu’au bout de la 7eme nuit lorsque nous n’en pouvions plus de dormir dans des draps sales et que nous avons insisté pour qu’ils soient changés. Les serviettes “propres” présentaient des taches visiblement pas parties au “lavage” et le sol était constamment sale (très honnêtement je pense qu’il n’étais pas nettoyé). On ne peut pas dire que la chambre est aménagée, il n’y a pas de décorations ni même de mini frigo. J’ai été choquée de voir qu’à aucun moment donné nous avions des bouteilles mises à dispositions dans la chambre. Pour boire nous devions descendre et payer des bouteilles d’eau au selecta. Comme si ce n’était pas suffisant, la clim coulait constamment à tel point que tous les soirs nous devions laver le sol pour éponger les flaques d’eau. Flaques d’eau qui ont d’ailleurs détruit une paire de chaussures en cuir. Au fur et à mesure que les jours ont suivi la réceptionniste Louise est devenue extrêmement désagréable. Nous sommes parties dégoûtées de cet hôtel, d’une partie du personnel et d’avoir autant payé pour ça.

Bra läge
Trevlig personal, bra läge, nära till stranden. Men, dålig städning, bedrövligt. Lakanen byttes en gång på en vecka. Väldigt lyhört också. Stort minus att det inte var Wi-Fi gratis på rummen, bara i allmänna utrymmen. Restaurangen var mer som en högljudd matsal. Jag kommer inte att bo på Azuline igen.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als wir ankamen, waren fremde Haare in unseren Bettdecken, welche ich direkt habe austauschen lassen. Es war sehr staubig, so als Wärmedämmung Zimmer länger nicht vermietet worden. Im Bad waren fremde Haare und der Fliesenspiegel war teilweise sehr verdreckt und es roch extrem nach Abwasser dort. Leider…. Haben dieses Hotel ausgewählt, weil in den Bewertungen stand, dass alle Zimmer immer sehr sauber waren…

El aire acondicionado se estropeaba cada cierto tiempo, tuvimos que solicitar que nos lo arreglaran varias veces y volvía a pasar, en la reserva ponía wifi gratis pero te cobran 5€ al día de lo cual nadie te avisa, la habitación no parece la de las fotos, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota y el portarrollos también...

3dagar semester till Palma
Fint boende för priset, ligger nära strand. Nyrenoverade rum, det ända som var dåligt var att rumsdörren var väldigt lyhörd. Annars bra & trevlig service.
