Veldig fint og nyoppusset hotellrom med stor plass. Kjøkkenet var utstyrt med absolutt alt man måtte trenge for å lage mat. Komfortabel sofa, seng helt ok. Renholdet var litt dårlig til tider, gulvet ble aldri rengjort og ila en ukes opphold var de kun innom 3 ganger. Terrassen var vendt mot kveldssola, og ble så varm at til og med håndtaket på døra var farlig å røre, så vi fikk dessverre ikke brukt den på kveldstid.

Flott hotell for venneturer
Lå flott til som utgangspunkt for sykkelturer som var vårt formål med reisen. Hyggelig og flink servicepersonell på hotellet.

Nice hotel
We got a nice newly refurbished room. Good location of the hotel, with tha playa and the really nice beach close by. The hotel also has a nice pool. Good starting point for travelling around, at least we did as we had a car. Free parking in the street. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer available wich was nice. Kind of annoying that everything extra costs a lot of money, such as wifi and breakfast. At least for us wich came from another hotel wich already was cheaper and had all this inclusive. We didnt eat anything in the hotel so we cant give the food any feedback.

Hotellet svarte til våre forventninger. Vi hadde leiebil, men det var gode bussforbindelser. Kort vei til Allcudia. Ellers badet vi mye på flotte strender.

Nok et vellykket opphold på Lago Park.
HSM Lago Park gir virkelig valuta for pengene. Vi bodde i nyoppussede rom og de var svært fine. Beliggenheten til hotellet er midt i blinken for både store og små.

Greit hotell til en billig penge.
Var et helt greit hotell som lå veldig nære stranden. Og rommene var det bra størrelse på. Og lå veldig bra til I forhold til de nære butikkene og resturantene rundt. Og korte avstander til gamle byen, havnen - Prt. Alcudia alt som man kunne ønske seg å se :) Men bilde av bassenget løy veldig. Var altfor lite basseng område I forhold til hotellets størrelse. For det skulle ikke mange mennesker til før det var altfor fullt. Og det var mange barne familier her. Så det var et stort minus at bassenget var så lite. Og renholdet på hotel rommene var veldig dårlig. Og underholdningen for hotellets gjester var veldig dårlig. Men veldig behjelpelig og hyggelig personalet som stod I resepsjonen.

Bra beliggenhet til stranda
OK standard på leilighet. Svært ren leilighet ved ankomst, men ble ikke noe grundige rengjort i løpet av uka. Kom inn en del maur på gulvene og vi rengjorde noe selv hver dag siden vi reiste med lite barn som lekte og krøp på gulvet. Sengene var noe bedre enn hva vi har fått på andre sydenhoteller. Kort beliggenhet til stranda og fint bassengområde på hotellet. Hadde leiebil og fikk gratis parkering like utenfor. Fikk alltid P plass.

God service av personalet.
Hotellet lå greit til i forhold til strand og butikker. Ferske bakevarer hver morgen kl. 0800 like over veien. Noe trafikkstøy var å høre fra vår leilighet i 1. etg.(Lago Park II). Underholdningen fra senen på kveldene var av noe varierende kvalitet etter vår smak. Renhold og hånkleskift var under pari, 2 ganger i uka. Dette er for dårlig når ferierende er på stranda hver dag, og det dusjes og skiftes. Likeså skifte av sengeklær ble for skjelden. Personalet derimot var av beste klasse. Høflig og hjelsomme.

Really pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to stay here! The staff were really lovely and the room was more impressive than the photos. Parking is a little bit annoying if you come back later in the evening but you’re never too far from the hotel.

schöne Ferien, Unterkunft im unteren Mittelmass
Check-in war tiptop, Entfernung vom Strand ist auch super. Ausstattung ist ok, aber nicht mehr - z.T. konnten die Schranktüren nicht geschlossen werden, überall sind etwas die Spuren der Zeit zu sehen. WC / Dusche ist schön, die Dusche hat z.B. aber kleines Glaspanel zum Schliessen (der halbe Durchgang ist noch offen) und so ist nach dem Duschen doch ein gutes Stücks des WC-Bodens nass. Küchenausstattung ist gut; leider wird aber weder das Trocknungstuch, noch der Abwaschlappen z.B. nach einer Woche einmal getauscht. Induktionskochfeld mit zwei Platten ist sicher und praktisch. Bei den der Strasse zugewandten Zimmern gibt es einiges an Strassenlärm - dafür hat man einen wirklich grossen Balkon. WLAN ist vorhanden wenn es gerade funktioniert - wir hatten in unserer Wohnung während drei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen kein WLAN; die Reception darauf angesprochen war die Reaktion: "ja, im Haus 2 haben wir immer wieder Probleme damit" Unten im Komplex und im Innenhof sind irgendwelche Läden eingemietet. Gewisse Betreiber dieser Shops kümmern sich nicht um die Hotelgäste und schlagen auch weit ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten und bis nach Mitternacht waren um. Dies kann sehr laut & störend sein. Allgemein ist der Komplex ringhörig. Die gratis Möglichkeit zum Duschen in einem Zimmer nach Check-out am Abreisetag haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien, werden ein anderes Mal in Muro aber wohl nach einer anderen Unterkunft Ausschau halten.

Le personnel ne parle pas français mais ils sont tous très agréable à l'accueil comme au restaurant. Appartement confortable et propre. La plage est accessible à pied et plusieurs magasins de souvenirs ouverts tard pour une balade nocturne. Le bus passe toutes les 15 min proche de l'hôtel, très pratique.

The Good: mostly clean with modern rooms, and well maintained medium-sized pools. Close to half a dozen decent restaurants and the excellent beach (albeit very crowded). Friendly reception, entertainment, and cleaning staff. The Bad: The immediate surroundings outside are busy with trash on the ground and a poorly maintained park. A large tree branch fell into the pool area during our stay. The air con was very weak and ineffective. The wifi went down for a couple of days but was fixed within 48 hours. The cleaners missed our room on 5 out of 6 days. A laundry strike meant we couldn’t get fresh towels until day 4. The check in system needs updating as it took 15 mins to get our keys. Don’t expect to get taxis but there are frequent buses for getting to the port and the old town. The Ugly: They advertise building 1 and its pool but half of guests are placed in building 2 around the corner. The property between them is owned separately and includes shops, a park, and an outdoor bar which plays loud music until midnight. We (2 adults & 2 kids) were put in building 2 above the bar, which was noisy as hell and smelled of cigarette smoke; we couldn’t open the balcony door or go outside. We stayed there for one night until we could be moved to the opposite side of building 2 for the remainder which was much better. However because the room allocation is pot luck, I would not go back nor recommend this hotel.

Bra familjehotell med nära till stranden
Jättebra hotell med fina lägenheter, väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gångavstånd till den fina Alcudia-stranden. Det enda minus var poolen tyvärr inte var den renaste. Det var mycket folk som badade och med barn är poolen en viktig del av resan. Utöver detta var allt toppen!

Bra rum i lugnt, fint område och nära till den jättefina stranden! Bra med kylskåp på rummet. Det var inte jättemycket folk på stranden eller vid poolen vilket var skönt. Vi hade halvpension. Maten var ok. Man betalar för dryck. Läsken smakade ingenting så hädanefter blev det vatten på flaska. Vi bad att få bo nära de vi reste med och vi fick rummen bredvid varandra. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal i receptionen.

Havde ikke forventet, at der var så mange skrigende børn. Vi boede i Lago II på 1 sal, men fra forretningen i grundplan blev der konstant røget Weed , meget generende . Der er et dejligt personale , go’ underholdning , rengøringen er fin.

We stayed there for 9 days. Really great hotel for families, clean big apartments, very good breakfast and dinner, kind and positive staff (both at reception and canteen) We were lucky as our room was facing street, less lucky might listen to the very loud music from the bar. Overall it's an amazing family focused hotel. Thanks to staff who made our stay pleasant

I arrived early at the property, whereby the staff went out of their way way to provide my accommodation. I was also upgraded free of charge to a one bed, as the studio I had selected had been double-booked. The whole team were pleasant and polite at all times, and dealt with all my queries efficiently. The onsite cycle hire was useful, though the bikes could be a bit more up-to-date considering the hire charges (almost 100 euros for 2 days) be aware helmets, pedals etc. are all extras. I found the area a bit quiet in terms of evening entertainment, though a short bus ride into Alcudia soon remedied that.

A fantastic week. The room was good, the staff was all smiling and bringing a good mood to work. Sun all day by the pool. Cold drinks at the bar. I loved every day.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lago Park Hotel! Stuff has very personalised attitude to each customer. They brought us a birthday present and were really concerned when we needed medical assistance. Our son enjoyed animation team and never missed a single mini disco. We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Muro!

Sejour convenable le seul souci c'est l'isolation c'est trés mal isoler on entend tous les cris à la piscine ... Aprés dans l'ensemble c'est un trés bon endroit trés bien situer pour passer de bonnes vacances a alcudia.
