A self-contained studio on this floor includes 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 pull-out bed with a length of 200 cm, along with its own shower and WC, a television, air conditioning, and a private exit to the patio. The ground floor also features a fully open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all served by air conditioning.
