«I had a mixed stay. The good? The staff are lovely overall. The property & gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The bad? Unfortunately my room wasn't ready at check in time, which I usually wouldn't be upset about apart from having paid a high rater due to it being holiday season. Skeleton staff was to blame (due to the holiday season) but in my opinion if you're not able to accommodate guests don't charge them top dollar, OR limit the number of rooms on offer, OR at least call ...

«Took our three young children here for a holiday and enjoyed the fantastic location by the beach! Outdoor swimming pool was also nice. Our apartment on the 8th floor had a great view but was in need of an upgrade. Cleaning of the room before we arrived had been a bit slack with a broken lamp and old sock left behind. One of the staff members managed to loose her temper both days we were buying ice cream for the kids - apparently she did not 'have time to' listen to the translations required for ...

«We enjoyed our stay to celebrate our 45 anniversary. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. A nice touch was the fresh bread, butter and condiments for breakfast. Being a Sunday night the only place open was the pub for dinner but wow what a dinner that was. The best meal we have had in a long time.»

«This was by far the cleanest most beautiful apartment that we have ever stayed in and we travel for work and leisure a lot. The staff communication was beyond excellent. There was a shopping centre within arms reach and plenty of places for take out or eat in . I would highly recommend this property. »
