Villa Fuzzys - Old farmhouse

Villa Fuzzys is an old farmhouse renovated with great care and attention to detail to transform it into a splendid rustic house.
It is located on the first hill above Malcesine , in a panoramic but isolated and quiet area, able to guarantee maximum privacy and breathtaking views.
Malcesine can be reached with a beautiful walk of about 25 minutes.
The refined and designer furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will give you a feeling of great comfort, making you feel at home.
Villa Fuzzys is composed of two separate apartments, able to accommodate a total of 12 adults spread across two double beds, 4 single beds and two sofa beds.
From the entrance gate a dirt path leads to the covered parking and then a short staircase covered in natural stone leads to the garden level where you can relax in the sun, in the shade of the olive trees or dive into the pool.
From here you enter the first apartment of about 130 square meters and we find ourselves in the dining room furnished with a large table, able to accommodate 8 people, the kitchen and a beautiful majolica stove.
From this room you access the double bedroom, the bathroom and the living room, furnished with a sofa bed, satellite TV and a second tiled stove. From here you access the bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom.
An external staircase leads to the upper floor garden where we find the Jacuzzi and the entrance to the second apartment of approximately 75 square meters.
You enter directly into a large room furnished with a kitchen, a dining table for 7 people and a sofa bed.
From here you access the double bedroom, the twin bedroom and the bathroom.
A garden of about 1500 m2 completely fenced and furnished with barbecue, tables, chairs and sun loungers surrounds the villa and offers panoramic views of the lake and Mount Baldo.

A beautiful swimming pool (open from April 15th to October 15th) of 7X3.5 meters will cool off the hottest days.
The Villa is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of food or drink is provided and no consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.)
Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION.

ORGANIZING PARTIES/EVENTS IS NOT PERMITTED.

GUESTS MUST RESPECT SILENCE BETWEEN 10:00 PM AND 7:00 AM.
