" Nope the breakfast was very bad , boring and lack of selection , hotel was overpriced becouse was in makati and wish we had stayed in Diamond at malate instead . Only Awful pinoy food on breakfast , Lack of bread , bacon , Jam and cheese also not much fruit to select sadly so wont use this hotel again . Our room in 29 floor was good , But not the swiming pool that was in the shadow and the low quality breakfast wont make us choose this hotel again next time in manila …."

"The hotel is very neat, clean and centrally located. Close to P Burgos street and shopping malls. The best? Well, their staff! Always a smile on their face. Some of them, who made my stay great: Celine, Faaizah, Reynald, Gracie - during breakfast. Cath, Ralph, Darius - front desk. LEONARDO, ivan at the door. ....and Queen. who always keept my room clean. Fantastic stay!"

"Great staff, good rooms, just a couple of things that are a dealbreaker for me: - Music on the top floor is way too loud and aimed at 15 year old kids, not adults with money and willingness to spend it. We dropped eating there completely (would have eaten 3 big dinners with clients) - learn from City garden grand! - the management has implemented a policy of deducting pay from the employees. So, if they forget to give a receipt, I will get the food (or whatever) for free - and the amount will be deducted from the poor employee! To the GM or whoever came up with this idea: this is the perfect strategy for getting rid of great employees AND GUESTS. you see, I can afford staying in a hotel like this, but I refuse to stay in a place that STEALS from its employees! For your information, we stayed at this hotel, then went to Mindanao and came back before going to Baguio and coming back... and chose to stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel each time, which is located straight across the street. Equally good hotel, greater breakfast, better rooftop restaurant and most important of all: NO POLICY FOR STEALING MONEY FROM POOR EMPLOYEES. To the owner: you need to fire whoever came up with this horrendous idea. I will NEVER stay here until this is changed. I spend 120 to 150 days in hotels globally and this hotel has the most awful policy of all. I will ensure all people I know will get to know this. I will also post on my LinkedIn. So, congratulations."

"Comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The facilities are clean and high standard - gym, pool and sauna. Orderly and rofessional service. The name and reputation of the hotel live up to your expectations."

"The hotel is nice enough. Big apartments. My room had some stains on the bed. The shower is ok but with curtain. Swimmingpool is ok. A bit run down hotel. Considering the price I would stay again. Friendly people at reception. Close walk to reataurants."
