«First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this ...

«Staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Restraunt great choice of food. Pool cleaned everyday. Only fault with Expedia they only offer 1 type of room at the back of property overlooking a very busy road , have to pay supplement to change room.»

«Beautiful location right on the calm Beach. Be sure to get a "Facing" room, as we originally booked non-facing (without knowing), and the bungalows were facing the busy road instead of the beautiful Beach. Had to pay quite a lot extra to get the "facing" room wich we thought we already had. Luckily they were not already booked because we pre-paid so couldnt change hotels. The "non-facing" rooms i would not stay in, warm, busy, noisy. The difference is huge!»
