«We have stayed at Shipwatch Point II many times over the years. The property is well maintained, and the location is perfect!! A five minute walk to the beach and so close to lots of shopping, restaurants and golf , and minutes away from Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Location, location, location! Although this unit could use some updates, it was clean and suited our needs well. We would consider renting this unit again on our next visit. A great stay, as always.»

«The condo was perfect, we use to be campers and always went to Apache Campground. We sold our Motorhome a few years ago . We been looking for the perfect place in the same area and we found it. «Our stay at this location was wonderful! Great location, beautiful views and fantastic property owners. Everything all fell together perfectly, making our vacation a big success. The condo was beautiful inside. Really nice and clean. Five min walking distance to the beach! Tasty restaurants just 10 minutes up the road. Alligator farm was only a 25 minute drive away, while mini golf was only 5 minutes. We enjoyed ourselves at all the amenities around!! We will definitely be visiting again.»

«The screen door will not remain closed unless locked from the inside. Many of the dishes and silverware had been put away dirty. I had to wash everything before using it.
